My experience with Crash Champions was nothing but positive!…read more Ryan's timely communication as well as professional advice were very much appreciated - especially so because of the stressful circumstances we were faced with. He expressed confidence that all would work out fine and indeed it did! The work was completed in a timely manner and the car looks great! This auto body shop has a long history of providing quality workmanship and responsive customer service ... all at a great value. Ryan's advice made an easy decision to save on costs and actually speed the repair time. What a great stress reliever! I'd also like to thank the lady (sorry I didn't get your name) at the desk for making the initial process of turning in the car fast and painless. Everything was explained to me in an understanding and friendly manner. Thank you so much! Finally, when I picked up the car, Sean was great with providing me everything I needed to know about the car and did not hesitate to tell me that should I have any questions I should feel free to give him a call. Really, the team at Crash Champions earned my praise and you could tell they wanted to get the job done right. Customer communication is one of their top priorities! Thank you all for your friendly manner and quality service! Matt/Brittany

Crash Champions,…read more Your 1 job is to repair cars and to therefore mitigate situations with customers. I have expressed my strong disappointment with your poor business ethics and will pass that along to my sphere of influence. Unfortunately that means that I will advertise to not use Crash Champions rather than to utilize Crash Champions. As a customer, I was recommended to you, came in to you, was estimated by you, and set forth to repair with you. Circumstances in our unpredictable family life came along. We communicated about reschedules and then 2.5 weeks ago re-initiated repairs. Within 18 days Crash Champions still did not have 1 part ordered or had any schedule to repair our vehicle that was already on file. The parts had been on site, sent back, and then NOT re-ordered. The worst business part was how, as manager, Ryan Gibson did not communicate ANY of this until he had emotionally told an unvalued customer that he felt "hung out to dry" (accusatory wording). Furthermore, as an excuse Ryan Gibson and therefore ALL of Crash Champions refused service and issued refunds without notifying the customer that Crash Champions allegedly "couldn't get parts". Crash Champions has 1 job and customer service obligations that go along with fixing cars. Crash Champions Manager,-Ryan Gibson your leadership grade is an F- Dr. Howard

For example, I dropped off my Lexus IS 300 after an accident, trusted that they would fix my car, these idiots (I have to use polite language here) let my car sit in the dead of winter without starting my car, jimmy rig it so it so it can look like it wasn't their fault. Have suspicious billing practices, added miscellaneous repairs, but covered it with an oil change because they know that they killed my battery. Basically, if they have a contract with your insurance company, trust that they will overbill them significantly. They over-estimate the amount of work needed to be completed, charge dealership prices but do slum mechanic work. I'd stay far away from these con artists, just a bunch of washed up wannabe "fast and furious" technicians who are who want to joy ride in your nice cars because they don't get paid enough to buy their own. Somehow a lot more miles were put on my car after these Slow Diesels "fixed" it. My guess is someone is pocketing the money, but it's definitely not their mechanics because they can't even know wire a light properly and ground it properly, but bill for it anyways. I'd go somewhere else if i were you all, stay far away. I'd go back there to get my light fixed, but I'll just get the run around, which just gone make me far more upset than I need to be. Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICK'S CAR CARE!!!…read more I was visiting from California for the weekend when I discovered a nail in the tire of my rental car. The rental company wanted to charge me for a tow and a full tire replacement, talk about stressful! It was a Saturday and most shops were either closed or too far away. I found Rick's Car Care on Yelp and saw they were listed as open until noon. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they were actually closed on Saturdays. I decided to knock anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, a gentleman named Jimmi answered the door. After I explained the situation, he graciously offered to take a look at my tire, despite being closed for the day. He quickly assessed the damage and was able to fix it with a simple plug. Not only did Jimmi go out of his way to help me, but he also treated me fairly and didn't try to overcharge me just because I was from out of town. The whole repair was fast, VERY affordable, and I was back on the road in under 10 minutes. Jimmi was an absolute lifesaver! His kindness and willingness to help a stranger truly made my day. Thank you again, Jimmi! I won't forget it!
