Food was cold, server was not pleasant and worst huevos rancheros ever. Please just go some where else.

A lot of food. Amazing pancakes. You must try and find out for yourself. You won't leave hungry. Good staff. Clean establishment.

This is my favorite breakfast place in the Valley ( I've never come for lunch) Their breakfast staples such as their Benedicts and other breakfast specials are always out of this world. I think over time I have had just about everything on their menu- ( ALWAYS WITH A SIDE OF THE CHEESY JALAPENO GRITS!) read more

Found this place while traveling from New England. Super impressed that they have organic sugar and organic coffee. We Vermonters are all about organic. One of the few restaurants that actually has decent coffee and organic is a huge plus. Oh, and real maple syrup is available. Thumbs up!Casual decor, and when we were there there were hardly any patrons but it seems more like a weekend sort of place than a stop in before work. We had the salmon and classic Benedicts and the sauce was delightful. Did not appear to come out of a can as most do. Potatoes had a slight sprinkle of rosemary,, but typical of most diners they were cut too large and deep fried when asked for crispy instead of cut small and fried in a pan or griddle. They were however cooked and not raw as many of the sliced attempts at home fries are at breakfast places. Overall however, a decent stop and a pleasant one considering we needed something fast on our route. I recommend giving it a try. . A note to the establishment: free-range deep yellow yolk eggs are more widely available and would be a plus. read more

Wasn't too bad but nothing to get overly excited over. I didn't get anything fancy - just some eggs over light, sausage, homefries and toast. The wife and I split an order of pancakes. The eggs came out prepared to order. I didn't much care for the sausage (I love the Bob Evans sausage links from the grocery store). The homefries I definitely didn't care for. They were cubed, appeared to be deep-fried and lacked flavor. The pancakes were OK but I think a little too cake-y, if that makes any sense. I like a just little spring to my pancake, similar to a crepe. Service was good, as was the music and overall ambiance. The price wasn't too bad but I've had better for the money. read more

A great breakfast place! They also serve lunch but we never go for lunch. They have an excellent scallion pancake and omelettes! Their Monty cristo is also delicious! read more

Stopped here for breakfast this morning based on yelp reviews. It is really a nice place with great Decour a friendly staff and good food. Had the Blackstone breakfast special, it was delicious. read more

We decided to try this place because of all the great reviews. Well I don't know what all the raving is about because this place has barely average food for very high prices and it's kind of a hole-in-the wall. Did you know they charge you for every little thing? They charged me for everything in my omelet yet they didn't even have ANY!! of the spinach in it that they charged me for and very little of the other ingredients except for a ton of mushrooms! We asked for "strawberries" on the Coconut Banana French Toast and that amounted to 1 little strawberry cut so thinly into 5 paper thin pieces and of course we were charged extra for that. Our potatoes that came with our omelets were undercooked and had rosemary in them which neither my husband or I liked. Oh and they charged extra for the onions in the potatoes too. They also forgot the iced tea I ordered. And guess what? When I finally got the "iced tea" it wasn't even tea. It was cold, watered down coffee!!!!! You know, when you order 4 breakfast dishes and the bill comes to over $50, you kind of expect to be wowed not disappointed. You can get a way better and cheaper breakfast at Cracker Barrel. read more

This place is fantastic. Been twice now, once for lunch, once for breakfast. Lunch was outstanding (fish tacos), but the breakfast (huevos rancheros) was out of this world. The dishes aren't 100% "authentic", but don't let that put you off one bit. HIGHLY recommended. read more

Had brunch here last week. I ordered the bananas foster french toast and it was very good. Waitress was very nice and when we got there we were seated within minutes. read more

The place is very cozy and the service was great. We ordered the huevos ranchero and the stuffed brioche French toast. Let me tell you, the portion size was pretty decent. The French toasts are nice and thick but need a lot more soaking time in the custard. Once you get into the center of the toast it tastes dry and just like eating straight up brioche bread. The ranchero needs more flavor on the sauce and definitely could use more guacamole. On the other hand the meat was nice and tender. read more

Horrible service and management. Skipped over for seating many times for parties with reservations that weren't even there and even for parties that would be there 20 mins after the moment we got up and walked out. Should learn how to run a resturant. read more

Really enjoyed getting to start out the day w/ breakfast at this place...cool and creative dishes along with your traditional breakfast choices. I had the chicken and waffles and it was incredible...definitely would go back next time in Allentown! read more

Mmmmm so good. Tasty food, so original, need to go back cause there is so much on the menu I can't wait to try.

The food is absolutely amazing! Whenever I want a delicious breakfast this is my go to spot. Byob so you can make mimosas also. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. read more

2nd time here. Very friendly staff, complimentary mimosa. Had the short rib hash. It was excellent. Coffe is fantastic. Another 5 star breakfast. read more

Wow! What a find! On 7th St in A'town the Griddle 145 has the BEST BREAKFAST in town. Unfortunately, no reservations, but well worth the wait! read more

This is probably my favourite place to go for brunch in Lehigh valley. They have a huge selection of food on the menu to choose from. Their crispy chicken sandwich is my favourite! The French toasts are good too. read more

I was really excited about taking some friends here and chose the place because it seemed to have good reviews. The good things: they took reservations for our party of 6 and we were seated right away, even though there was a line of people at the door. The pierogie fries, my husbands huevos rancheros and my blueberry lemon short stack were awesome. Coffee was also good and the waiter was mostly attentive. The not so good: It was Sunday..... we were NEVER offered mimosas!! I did see others with some but didn't know about the supposed special until I read some reviews, after our meal was over. My farmhouse scramble came out cold, had more potatoes than eggs and the smoked Gouda was barely noticeable. The waiter never bothered asking how are meals were even though my full plate of eggs just sat there. Not sure I'd make the trip back. read more

Stopped in for a Sunday Brunch and had some awsome food. I had the cheese steak omelet and it was full of steak , onions, mushroom and cheese. Potatoes were done perfectly. Wait staff could not have been more friendly. Everyone in my party had a wonderful meal. Would recomend if you are in the area. read more

Upon arrival we were greeted and seated instantly. Bee were given several minutes to look over and decide on our breakfast choices- I had the farm scramble and my other half had short rib hash - both were delicious. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the toast was warmed up bread with butter not toast. Also an FYI for anyone trying this place the breakfast potatoes are heavily seasoned with a dill and tyme seasoning that was a yummy unexpected surprise. Worth a try read more

I have wanted to go here for a while so I was thrilled when I was there during business hours last Tuesday. I can honestly say I will never go again. I asked for a to go menu and I think the lady thought I meant a menu to take with me so she said no. I had picked up a green paper specials menu and asked if it was the daily special and she said yes then grabbed it from my hands and put it back. I just said thank you and walked out. She had a sweet tone but it was so rude! I was going to by something to take to go but now I will never spend my money there nor will I ever recommend them. read more

Amazing food. Great selection. Cozy atmosphere. A little pricey but this is not a 'diner.' Love Griddle 145!! :)

This is my favorite breakfast place! I go as often as I can. I often recommend this to friends

Really good creative breakfast items. Lunch is really good too. Wish they were open later but oh well

I went there today had an amazing time food was awesome will be going back again the prices was amazing it was 5 of us and I only spent $60

This restaurant deserves zero stars. It should be called Braindead Café. We stood waiting at least 20 minutes for a table in a room with at least 6 empty tables. The staff walked around in slow motion studiously inefficient. There were 4 tables that needed to be cleared while all staff sauntered around with empty hands. We left before being seated as it was just too stupid to watch any longer. Avoid this restaurant. read more

I have been to this great place at least a dozen times. Breakfast or lunch everything is always delicious .

I loved it. Can't wait to go back. Great food. Clean atmosphere. I really can't complain.

We went here with a party of 6 one Sunday morning. It is a great brunch place in the LV! Our group has a variety of eating preferences- from vegan to the complete opposite and gluten-free, and 145 was able to handle all of them easily! They do get quite busy on the weekends but when I called to see if they take reservations they said that they could put my name on the waiting list a few minutes before I planned to arrive and it worked out perfectly. I can't promise they'll do that for everyone though. read more

Definitely better than the other big brunch place in the Lehigh Valley. Their food quality is the same, which is pretty good. But Griddle 145 has a much more intimate feeling, and better service. Also location is onsite so you don't have to drive around looking for parking. read more

What a delicious meal. The chicken and waffles are amazing. Everything that I have tried here has been delicious! Free mimosas on Sundays and it's BYOB!!! Definitely a hidden gem of the Lehigh Valley. read more

Loved the food. One of the best breakfast places I've ever been to. I would highly recommend anyone going.

The food is always good and they even have some vegan options, which is always appreciated!!

First time today! Made my own omelette (steak, onions, mushroom, spinach, smoked Gouda) and it was sooo delicious! My boyfriend had the Banana Foster french toast and the Daddy omelette and he needed a doggy bag :-) Great laid back atmosphere, only wish they were open for dinner! read more

We had breakfast -- a brunch, really -- at Griddle and both dishes were outstanding. We had brioche french toast -- huge slices -- smeared with a fruity warm cream cheese -- delicious! We also had a "scramble" which was potato, mushrooms, onions and some veggies fried together. I don't know how they did it, but everything was perfectly cooked, and the potato chunks were not mushy and flavored with a hint of something nice. read more

This place offers your standard breakfast choices but also offers a nice upgrade on your standard omelettes and twists on other breakfast mainstays. I got the Bayside omelette which cooked perfectly with crabmeat as a main ingredient. My boyfriend got one of the specials for the day which was Eggs Benedict with salmon lox. While the food was pretty good, the one disappointing factor was the beverages. The coffee was so so and might have been slightly burnt. Based on the reviews and pride the owners take in using fresh ingredients, the orange juice reminded me of the juice that pours out of the machine at a free hotel breakfast. At $3.50 for a large (which was not so large) we expected freshly squeezed orange juice to complement the meal. I wished I brought the container of Some Pulp from Minute Maid we had in our fridge. So my thoughts are we would come back again as there were other menu items we would like to try but I would avoid the standard breakfast beverages and go with an ice tea, which in way comprises the whole breakfast experience. read more

We stopped here on a drive across PA; we left the highway to give it a try, and we were not disappointed. Good coffee, good service. We tried pirogies, a PA delicacy, and they were delicious. They were the special, and we got them with the sautéed onions, which was perfect. They also had great pancakes, which were fluffy. We also had the red velvet pancakes, which were deemed tasty as well. read more

First time here after hearing great reviews. Was just OK. The pancakes were great but what gives this establishment a average review was the poor customer service. Too many high school kids who have no idea how to handle customers. Front desk staff was literally on their I pads and when we spoke to them to get their attention the answer was "oh sorry, my head just isn't here this morning". It would be if you weren't looking at your IPad. Waitress, while super sweet, didn't want to give my husband a to go cup so he could finish his tea, and the toast was burnt. Overall a lengthy breakfast, decent food, poor customer service, fairly expensive for a breakfast place read more

Really 3.5 Stars--We had the chicken and waffles and bananas foster French toast. Both were very good, especially for the price. The coffee was mediocre, however, and the lighting was oddly bright and uncomfortable. This is a very decent breakfast place if you're nearby but nothing extraordinary read more
