We called Shaun at Legacy, and he immediately gave us a great price. He handled all the permits and had the generator installed within a matter of days. Everything works perfectly, and his quote was about $4K less than any other bid we received. Our next big project was our kitchen countertops. We had Shaun come back out to give us a price. It took some time for us to save up while completing other small projects ourselves, and almost a year had passed. When we called Shaun again, he honored the exact same price he'd given us the previous year. He scheduled us for the following Tuesday, and by Wednesday evening we were already enjoying our new countertops, sink, and faucets. We high recommend Shaun and his Lagacy Team!

I was convinced by all the positive reviews online that it would be a good experience, and I was not disappointed. From the very beginning planning stages, it was clear that Hani and Nancy were customer- and quality-focused. That was echoed through every step of our project. Hani provides guidance, design ideas, and solutions - a true collaborator. He did not consider our project complete until it was clear that I was completely satisfied with the work. And I am! My kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and master bedroom have exceeded my expectations. I've since recommended Smart Remodeling to my sister. Thank you, Hani and Nancy, for helping me with such a huge undertaking, a true quality-of-life improvement!

Martin and Greg really took into account what we wanted and provided useful feedback to help us design what we needed. Both of the bathrooms are fairly small spaces so it was helpful to have their design ideas and what they knew would work for the space. Additionally, the trades that they work with were very professional; we were living in the house as they did the renovations and they were all respectful of our space and time. The only drawback for the whole process was that it did take a much longer time to complete the project than we expected or they had projected - but they were good about keeping us updated and in-the-loop so we knew what was happening and where the holdups were. We would definitely recommend them and if we have any future remodeling plans we would work with them again.

Hi Ryan, I hope…read moreyou're well. Your contact information was shared with me by the selling agent, Thomas Saunders. My name is Joseph, and I am the new owner of a house you remodeled recently in Leander. After moving in, we discovered that there are nails pointing upward along the carpet edges, including on every stair step and throughout the upper floor. Unfortunately, these nails have already punctured members of my family while walking up the stairs. This presents a serious safety hazard, especially as we have babies who walk barefoot in the home. I understand you are a reputable company, so I wanted to reach out directly to understand what options are available to remediate this issue properly and safely. I've attached photos clearly showing the nails protruding upward beneath the carpet for your reference. I think you guys did a great job with the rest of the house. It is just this one issue that poses a risk to my family. Happy to update my review if you can help. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Joseph
