My sweet, precious, frail 87 year old mom lives in New Milford, CT. Pre-coronavirus, there'd been a LOT of back and forth for us between the two states and sometimes I need to fly Mom down here, or fly her home and we're not able to fly with her. In three such instances, I've trusted and relied on Mirza and the team at AAA and they've been wonderful. Mirza has been so easy to communicate with, very responsive, and very patient with my nervousness about Mom traveling alone. Mom needs some assistance when walking, and is a bit hard of hearing. Mirza always goes above and beyond to make sure that not only Mom is attended to in a comfortable and timely manner, but that I'm at ease and updated as the trip progresses. That's really not an exaggeration. If you have an issue with these people give them a call and you will see for yourself. It's insane that they are in business and SCHOOLS for god sake actually use these people! If these schools only knew what type of company they are dealing with they might just find someone else. From the first meeting, Lorna was honest, presented many options, and worked hard to check all available prices. Even after we left the office, she sent along a lot of information so we could make our best choice. She ended up booking flights and the resort under budget, and we were incredibly happy with our trip. When we met with her to go over final plans and pick up our travel documents, she gave us a bottle of champagne and a card to congratulate us on our wedding... now that's customer service! This is our first time using a travel agent, because we feel like we can handle it on our own, but we really enjoyed working with Lorna and will return.
