Five star service!!! We rented the new Mercedes sprinter van for a 10 person bachelorette party this past weekend. Josh was our driver and he was fun, professional and helpful. He was happy to adjust the schedule as needed and even offered to have late night pizza ready for us. The quality of the vehicle was top notch. We had a TON of stuff with us and it fit just fine. The only thing not working was the radio but we made due with our cell phones. Rich helped me with the booking and was incredible. The entire process was very smooth and pleasant. Lindsey is by far superior to the other limo companies I have used in CT. read more

Lindsey Limousine - Bachelorette party at Mohegan sun - Limos Near Me - Windsor, Connecticut

Misrepresented themselves by saying our reservation was round trip(which was expensive). But when it came time to return, we called to give a time and they said we had to pay again! Also advertized it was a Limo. The car was a large SUV read more

The driver Dave that picked us up was excellent, he was very personable and got our night started out on the right foot. Return driver was good also. Great company will definitely be using them again. read more

Lindsey Limo services are the best. Drivers are professional and very courteous. Takes the anxiety of women traveling alone; will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them. read more

Love that one of their random drivers just had a full on road rage incident against me because I was driving 50 on a 45. Literally blew past me by splitting between me and another car on a two lane road then brake checked me and swerved me off the road while they were laughing. I can't imagine why anyone would want to ride with such careless people. read more

Good experience. Very cool driver (Anthony) Little pricey but well worth not having to drive. read more

Liars...they quote a price but if the arriving flight is delayed a costly charge is added. Don't use them!

Your automated phone service and website "contact us" page made it difficult to do anything other than book an appointment. I have a few pictures and videos of the multiple driving infractions. If you're really interested in correcting the issue, please provide me with a direct number. Thanks read more

Booked a car service for an employee to an event last week - Lindsey Limo provided EXCELLENT customer service from the first call to inquire about their services to the final drop off. Sherman provided me with all the information needed to ensure the best experience for my employee. The limo driver was competent & experienced driving in NYC. I highly recommend them & will use them again!! read more

I requested a quote through this company and after several weeks I received a quote via email stating "still need a ride". I ignored the email as by this time I had already chosen another company. 6 days after my departure while I was out of the country I received a charge on my account for their services. I called this company on 3 different occasions and left a voicemail with their accounting department asking for a call back. I NEVER received a single call. Then 17 days AFTER my departure date I receive an invoice from them. Still, not a single person from this company has reached out to me and they damn well know they did not transport my party to the airport. This company is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS who fraudulently charge people's accounts and do not provide a service.....STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! read more

Had a wonderful first time experience for transportation to Bradley Airport with Lindsey Limousine! Booking the reservation via phone with very pleasant and easy, and the representative was so polite and helpful. I received a confirmation email immediately, and then another one 24 hours before my scheduled trip. I was admittedly very worried because my pick up was at 4am and knew my options would be limited if there was a problem. I had nothing to worry about, and received the name and contact info of my driver, Jermaine, an hour beforehand - he even arrived 10 minutes early which was good because he had to call when it was a little confusing to find me. The car was immaculate, Jermaine was so kind and accommodating with my luggage (and so professionally dressed for so early in the morning!), with a smooth drive and drop off. Thank you so much for a great experience! read more

Our bus was spectacular! Driver Jim was polite and professional. Thank you Lindsey Limo for making our transfer fantastic. Definitely will use again! read more

I called around and this company was the nicest and most helpful. I couldn't believe the attitude of the other companies. Lindsey really wanted to earn my business and they did. The chauffeur was early, professional, and made us very comfortable during both trips. I would highly recommend this company. Don't wait until it's too late and settle with another company. Lindsey is the best! read more

We booked this company to take us home. We booked the SUV. The company assured us there would be plenty of room for 5 passengers and luggage. Driver picked us up at Syracuse Airport, didn't help us with our bags and took us across the parking lot to a beat up old SUV. There were five of us and the car had 4 seats, the driver tells us there's plenty of room. He hands my mother pillows with the intention of having my 9 year old son sit on the hump in the middle of the back seat! When my mother sits there he says "oh, have the little one sit there, there's no seatbelt law in the backseat in NY." Are you kidding me!?! There absolutely is, and even if there wasn't I still want my kids buckled! I sat with my 9 year old on my lap, my 12 year old took the other seat, my 62 year old mother sat on the hump and my husband in the front seat. The car stunk and it kept making a beeping noise intermittently, which the driver kept assuring us was no big deal! If we hadn't arrived at 11:00 at night, we would have told him, no thanks! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!!! My mother called the company the day after to complain and they couldn't care less! Beware! Hire someone else! read more

If you ever need door to door service, this is the service to use! Very attentive, professional, super clean vehicles and focus on details is outstanding. They take ALL the stress away from trying to figure out logistics. Our driver was early both ways(to & from airport) so no worries about getting to and from on time. Highly recommend. read more

Likes to cut in front of people to get into the Restricted lane on 91 and then slow down to a speed *slower* than the main highway traffic. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. read more

I have used Lindsey Limousine professionally many times. They are by far the best. The drivers, the vehicles, the dispatchers, the sales people are all top notch, as are their prices. I have no problem switching vendors if the service is not what is expected and have never had to think twice about using Lindsey. They know what they are doing and they do it well! read more

My driver never showed up. I was going to Logan early in the morning and I just wanted a stress free ride to the airport. Just Awful! I had to take a lyft to the airport which at least the lyft showed up. They promised to call me and offer me compensation but they never called. This company is a scam. Please don't use them. I've also had problems in the past where my chauffeur brought a car that could only fit one of my four pieces of luggage for my family. Our family had to ask a friend to bring our luggage back to our house all because the chauffeur made a dumb mistake. Once again, no apology or call from the company. Don't use this company please read more

I had a negative review posted bc this company failed to pick me up and then management failed to follow up. Why was my review deleted?

My wife and I went to a special occasion last night and I'm so glad that I contacted Lindsey Limousine services .Leo was fantastic and a true gentlemen. It was a total surprise for my wife , she didn't know about the limo picking us up and she was so happy. Thanks again Leo and will certainly ask for you when we call again. read more

We rented a stretch limo for my wife's birthday. The people I spoken with on the phone were friendly and helpful. We originally requested a larger vehicle but the number of passengers decreased and Lindsey Limousine was able get me a smaller vehicle with only a couple weeks notice. The driver, Kim, arrived several minutes early and got us to our destination on time. She was courteous and friendly. The price was below other companies I called and the service was outstanding read more

I highly recommend Lindsey Limousine! Charlie was an awesome chauffeur, arrived exactly when he was suppose to and was very friendly and professional. If I need to use a limo service again, Lindsey Limousine will be my first choice! They care about their reputation and even called the next business day to make sure my expectations were met. This was by far the best Limousine Experience I have EVER had! The chauffeur not only showed up 15 minutes earlier but helped me stock the vehicle for my special event. I rented a Stretch Limo for my 6 year anniversary. The chauffeur was so professional and kind, he even took the extra step to take down our phone number to maintain contact with us at all times. Our chauffeur's name was Zaheer a total gentleman! Definitely will book again. read more

Hired a limo to pick my parents up for a surprise 50th wedding anniversary. I got an email 30 min before pick up with the drivers name and a link to track the limos location. The driver Joshua arrived a few minutes early to pick them up. He was friendly and professional. Would recommend and use again. read more

We were given a written quote for a limo bus for 5 hours for our wedding. When we tried to book the vehicle the owner had decided that he was "not interested" in the booking since it is prom season and all of a sudden there was an 8 hour minimum. When we tried to speak with the owner directly to discuss, he refused to speak with us directly. What reputable owner refuses to speak with their customers to resolve an issue? He had the woman at the front desk tell us he was not interested in booking because he can make more money from a prom. We will NEVER use this limo service again and I highly suggest you think twice about booking with them. I am floored that this owner is picking and choosing who is able to book with them and making his own rules which are not advertised on their websites or their written quotes. read more
