The Swift bus routes are equivalent to King County Metro's RapidRide bus services as they make limited stops, which allows for quicker and more frequent service. Having taken them on weekends, they usually run on schedule though I did experience one instance of a long delay. As for regular bus services, I thought they were decent. Buses seem cleaner than the Metro ones. Though there is less frequent service on weekends so buses run every half hour or once a hour so checking the timetable is important for catching one. Overall, I am satisfied with Community Transit's bus services connecting to the 1 Line as they are well-timed and run on time mostly.

For those particularly interested: -Hand sanitizer station is at the entrance -Masks are enforced while inside and on the train platform (Customer service provides masks to anyone who doesn't have one, even those just using the restroom) -Currently vaccination status is not checked -Social distancing is encouraged inside -Only one door is open (front of the building) -Plastic barriers throughout the lobby to manage foot traffic. Expect to have to walk in a loop to go to the restroom Restrooms are available to the public as well, and are in moderately decent condition. No paper towels, and the hand dryers are very weak/take awhile. If you're arriving or departing on a Greyhound or Amtrak bus, there's a separate area which is to the far right of the building. Taking the bus from Seattle to Spokane? If you're stopping at Everett and your driver gives you 10mins to step out and use the restroom, be mindful that you may not make that 10min window given the distance to/from and if the restrooms are crowded.

Hello there, my name is Nic, I just recently sailed with princess cruises who utilized your services as a form of transportation from the cruise dock to Seattle/Tacoma airport this morning around 8-9AM. It was me, my girlfriend, and her mother who is elderly. Let me start by saying wow, what an absolute disappointment, from someone who works at a resort and understands all aspects from safety to hospitality, this was a massive safety violation on all ends and very unprofessional. This was also my first time sailing ever. Our bus loaded and was blowing HOT AIR the entire trip BACK to the airport with ZERO ventilation, I want you to keep in mind there is A YOUNG BABY IN A CAR SEAT ON THIS BUS, AND A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF ELDERLY ON THIS BUS. At first we thought maybe the air conditioning was warming up or that it would get cold eventually, about 10 minutes into the drive NUMEROUS people started vocally complaining to our driver, in which she did absolutely nothing about. She did NOT TURN OFF CONSTANT HOT AIR IN A BUS WITH NO VENTILATION. There was no safety announcements of any kind departing on this bus as well, nothing. This bus should NOT have been in service to begin with, you're telling me you can't tell when the air conditioning is broken on a bus when driving it back from the airport to the dock? She finally decided to listen to us AS WE ARE PULLING INTO THE AIRPORT PARKING LOT, and then after what did she do? SHE TURNED IT ON AGAIN! Every single patron in this bus went off on her and the lady with a baby in a car seat ran off the bus for the safety of her own child, who can NOT willingly stick up for themselves. HER TONE WAS AWFUL AND RUDE AND SHE WAS ACTING LIKE IT WASNT HER FAULT THAT SHE KEPT THE HOT AIR COMING THE WHOLE RIDE. And at this point, I felt like many peoples safety were at risk, and this was the complete opposite of hospitality. I did not catch the drivers name as she ran off the bus as quick as she could and just threw up her hands in a rude manner walking away from the bus. I did take pictures of the bus number and the back of the bus that has the license plate # and other information. I will never ever ride on a bus from this company again, it's very clear to me your drivers lack self awareness for their patrons' safety and it's not in their best interest. This is my first negative review of a company. They are getting one star because at least the…read morecompany sent a vehicle and the driver was nice. It stops there. I reserved a Mercedes sprinter van including the works(bar, tv, refrigerator, neon lights) for my father's 80th birthday. I prepaid the rental and tip as requested by the company (maybe this was my first mistake). Upon the day of the service, I was contacted by the driver that he would be late because the van had a flat tire. That was fine, things happen. However, when the driver finally arrived, he brought a standard white ford van with no extras. It was not what I paid for. As we had our family all waiting to take my dad on his birthday trip, I did not make a fuss and we made the best of it (including stopping at Walmart for a cooler and ice). The next day, I politely emailed the company and asked for a refund of the difference between the rental costs of the two vans (a reasonable ask and good business). No response. I emailed again, no response. I called and the person on the phone acknowledged getting the emails and the manager would call me. This is not a company you want to do business with. I question now if the vehicles pictured on their website even exist. You only get one 80th birthday (many won't even get that). Everett limo ruined it.
