Absolutely AWFUL experience, I just sent en email to these people regarding my experience today so I will just copy and paste it. Hello there, my name is Nic, I just recently sailed with princess cruises who utilized your services as a form of transportation from the cruise dock to Seattle/Tacoma airport this morning around 8-9AM. It was me, my girlfriend, and her mother who is elderly. Let me start by saying wow, what an absolute disappointment, from someone who works at a resort and understands all aspects from safety to hospitality, this was a massive safety violation on all ends and very unprofessional. This was also my first time sailing ever. Our bus loaded and was blowing HOT AIR the entire trip BACK to the airport with ZERO ventilation, I want you to keep in mind there is A YOUNG BABY IN A CAR SEAT ON THIS BUS, AND A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF ELDERLY ON THIS BUS. At first we thought maybe the air conditioning was warming up or that it would get cold eventually, about 10 minutes into the drive NUMEROUS people started vocally complaining to our driver, in which she did absolutely nothing about. She did NOT TURN OFF CONSTANT HOT AIR IN A BUS WITH NO VENTILATION. There was no safety announcements of any kind departing on this bus as well, nothing. This bus should NOT have been in service to begin with, you're telling me you can't tell when the air conditioning is broken on a bus when driving it back from the airport to the dock? She finally decided to listen to us AS WE ARE PULLING INTO THE AIRPORT PARKING LOT, and then after what did she do? SHE TURNED IT ON AGAIN! Every single patron in this bus went off on her and the lady with a baby in a car seat ran off the bus for the safety of her own child, who can NOT willingly stick up for themselves. The bus driver was SCREAMING back at us stating that we could not unload until everything on the bottom of the bus was unloaded, which I completely understand, however. HER TONE WAS AWFUL AND RUDE AND SHE WAS ACTING LIKE IT WASNT HER FAULT THAT SHE KEPT THE HOT AIR COMING THE WHOLE RIDE. And at this point, I felt like many peoples safety were at risk, and this was the complete opposite of hospitality. I did not catch the drivers name as she ran off the bus as quick as she could and just threw up her hands in a rude manner walking away from the bus. I did take pictures of the bus number and the back of the bus that has the license plate # and other information. I will never ever ride on a bus from this company again, it's very clear to me your drivers lack self awareness for their patrons' safety and it's not in their best interest. Thanks for ruining my travel day, now I will always remember my Alaskan cruise by something as small as this. I do not recommend Blessed Transportation. My experience with them very much left everything to be desired from the drivers driving safety to the lack of customer service. As a coach for a high school sports team, we are very lucky to be able to get a bus door games before 4:30, so the fact that we had a bus before 4:30 today was truly a blessing. But that's where my good experience ended. From the jump, the bus driver showed lack of organization and knowledge, as he didn't know who he was picking up or where he was dropping off. One of the doors was broken so the driver had to hold it up so it won't close on my team as they were putting their bags under the bus. It wouldn't have been a problem if the driver hadn't required them to do so or if he used one of the other 3 doors that weren't broken and open. The biggest problem I had with the company was when I called the their transportation center because one of my cheerleaders left something on the bus and the driver had mentioned that he was switching with a different driver so he could go watch a different game. When I called, the person on the other end insisted that the company had not dropped us off because he wasn't our driver. I tried to explain that their business name was on the side of the bus that we took and he continued to insist that his company didn't drop us off. So I hung up. He called me back almost immediately after he realized that the company had in fact drop us off and began to give every excuse in the book, except apologizing for the miscommunication because truly that's what it was. In the heat of the moment, I told him I didn't care what his explanation was. I just needed the item left on the bus retrieved and delivered to the new bus driver. He hung up on me then immediately called me back to say and I quote "I don't care what you have to say, either.", then promptly hung up and blocked my number before I could say a word. I called from another number a few minutes later and the same person answered the phone and immediately called me rude because I wasn't interested in discussing the miscommunication. He told me the bus was there and hung up before I could tell him that our bus wasn't there and I had watched it drive off. Our bus driver returned in the middle of the game, hours later. When we got picked up, the ride home was fine, but the driver kept FaceTiming with someone so he was distracted while driving 20+ students. My team felt unsafe. While turning around in the parking lot after we got back to the school, the driver stopped in the middle of his maneuver to call someone and didn't move until I asked him to park so we could get off the bus. When he finally parked instead of getting off to open the doors to under the bus, he again called someone via FaceTime, with the team in the background as they were getting off the bus, both myself and my team asked him not to record them because they're minors, he got upset. The bottom line is this company has unsafe driving habits, lack luster customer service, and poor organization. All of which are essential to operating a safe and responsible service. I will be submitting to the district transportation office and asking them not to allow bids from this company as they provide unsafe transportation service. read more

Well, Blessed Limo has come through and regained my trust in them. We had a Party Bus for my daughter's homecoming and before I accepted it, I wanted to be sure was to my standards. The glasses were clean, the ice buckets were cleaned out, the a/c and heat worked, the lights and effects worked, the stereo and sound system were awesome and no baby seat in the driver's compartment. The kids had a blast and those that weren't with them, wished they were in there with them. Kudos to BLESSED LIMO for redeeming themselves. I have already referred some parents for next year and hope to do further business with them. read more

After my experience I had Blessed Limousine wanted to express how sorry they felt about my experience. They gave my husband and I with a 3+ hours complementary ride. After a year of my husband being gone Genise made sure she touched based with me and still honor her complementary ride. I chose this company for my party bus needs because I really appreciated how management read the yelp reviews and responded to any issues that people had posted. My experience with this company was fair. The bus was clean and the driver was fun although there is nothing to hold onto while standing on the bus, so be careful. My only concern was that there wasn't a stripper pole on the bus. When I originally ordered the bus I was told there would be two. About two days before the bus' schedule date, I called to confirm that there would be a pole. I was the told there wasn't, and the lady was suppose to call me back and never did. The day of the event I decided to call to confirm, and the gentleman who was also the driver told me not to worry there would be a pole. When the bus arrived he apologized and said there wasn't a pole because it was broken due to the bus' roof. I was irritated because I turned down other companies that were cheaper because I really wanted the stripper pole! So yes we still had a great time with the companies bus and driver, but not having the promised pole was a huge let down. read more

I've had the experience of being a passenger with the Blessed Limousine Service twice. First, I rented the Party Bus to provide transportation for 15 women from the Hope Place Shelter to attend the Ladies Of Virtue Concert @ Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Seattle, WA. What a treat! Every aspect of the trip was totally professional and exciting.. Mr Bagby (the driver) was super accommodating and friendly. The women had an awesome time. Secondly, I rode as a passenger to Portland, Oregon to attend a funeral. The rain was very heavy at best. Again, Mr. Bagby drove expertly. Our comfort and safety was first. He checked in to make sure that we were very comfortable. I highly recommend the Blessed Limousine Service to any group where fun, safety and professionalism is what they expect. They are truly the best and really care about their clients. All of their drivers are super friendly as well. I called CJ on 10/19/2018 after calling 35 other numbers trying to find a party bus or limo for my son and his friends for homecoming on 10/20/2018. Although he didn't have either available, he did have a Sprint Van which was able to accommodate my needs. He was extremely courteous and helpful. The driver Van was very professional and even called me to let me know the kids had all been dropped off at the dance safely. Worst experience ever! Don't do it! Read other reviews as they are all somewhat similar. I only checked their FB reviews which they can control. Of course it was all rainbows on their own page. They are very unprofessional, never send you an invoice of charges like they promise. I called back inquiring about upgrading as I had more people potentially adding, they told me they think they may have a vehicle, but they weren't at their lot. They would "let me know" and we could "work something out." They asked me to email them with the details of the new pick up location and the new total amount of guests, as that had changed since I originally talked to them. I did so, right after hanging up. I never heard back. I called, and got "voicemail box is full." I emailed again inquiring if there was a bigger car and how much additional cost it would be... I heard nothing. The morning of my event, I'm stressed out. I emailed them again. Nothing, no response. I contacted my friend at the first pick up location and let her know they may, or may not show up and to let me know. Well I miraculously got an automated email text saying they would arrive shortly. They did in fact show up, and picked up all the other guests at other houses as well. We are almost last on the pick up, as it was a surprise for my husbands birthday. I couldn't discuss cost with the driver at that point, because we needed to be at dinner within 30min and I couldn't unload all my guests even if it was more. Would be tacky and also not a great option to have 10 people stranded on my lawn. So we took the janky, broken-down,oversized for our party, limo bus to the restaurant. We had one location for the entire night. All the other pick up spots were within 1-2 miles of each other. The bus was clearly homemade in someone's backyard. That's the best way to describe it. My Dad put a beer in a cup holder and never saw it again. It was like a trap door. It fell down into some other unknown location never to be seen again. Another guests beer disappeared as well. That's when the driver informed us that half the cup holders were missing their seal. The music was broken. How can you have a party bus with broken music? The tv didn't work. The driver didn't know how to fix it. My friend spent 30 min of the 30min ride trying to fix the music. The driver also didn't know where to go. Another friend had to sit by him and give him directions to a restaurant that was 8 miles away. I literally could go on and on. There is more! All said and done, I found out that I was charged an ADDITIONAL $1000.00 to upgrade to a larger vehicle. You read that correct! And the kicker is, I found out from my credit card statement. They charged my card the minute I hung up the phone with them, the very same day I called and inquired about potentially upgrading. They must have had my credit card information saved from my original booking the month prior. I never authorized that 2nd charge, I didn't even know I was getting anything additional until they showed up to my house. I never once received any email or invoice. Unfortunately my credit card company BofA would not reverse the 2nd charge because I used the service. They wanted me to decline the bus service in front of all my guests that were already loaded on the bus and ready for our dinner reservation. Blessed limo wasn't able to provide any proof of response emails, or that the sent me any invoices. They got almost 2k to take us from NE Tacoma to downtown Tacoma. The fact they charged me the day I called, and told me they didn't know because they weren't on their lot.. but somehow were able to charge my card (that I didn't give them) in the same breath, baffles me. Would not recommend this service. I originally had a partybus scheduled with a different company. That company called me 3 days before my event saying there was an error in scheduling... long story short, they were putting me with their "sister company " as I had already made a deposit and they had to provide the service that was agreed upon. Well that made me a little nervous so I began shopping around for another company that could take a large party in very short notice. I came across Blessed Limousine. I spoke with a gentleman name Croosie. I gave him the story on what happened with the first company and he assured me that they would be able to accommodate my request. I told him that I was unsure if id be able to get my deposit back from them and he encouraged me to speak with them saying " well they HAVE to they changed the plans on you last minute". I called the original company and after 10 mins I was refunded my deposit for the party bus. I then called and spoke to Croosie a second time telling him I would like to book the bus (We are now 48 hours away from my event). I gave him my credit card info to hold the bus and all the details on the pickup location and we confirmed all details before hanging up. The next morning (now 24 hours until my event) I get a call around 7am from Croosie apologizing for calling so early and notifying me that he too had made a miatake and overbooked the party bus so THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE AVAILABLE FOR MY PARTY... what!!!???? My event is tomorrow! They made the EXACT same error as the original company! He offered me a stretch Hummer in place of the party bus. I reluctantly accepted. That is NOT what we discussed. Why wouldn't they check availability before taking my credit card info and encouraging me to get my deposit back from the other company without actually checking availability!? How unorganized and unprofessional can you get? I immediately began my search again for yet ANOTHER company now just 24 HOURS before my event! Luckily I was able to resolve the issue with the original company I had and I then notified Croosie that I wanted to cancel. He informed me that he would check with the other party who had reserved the bus and see if he could "move things around". Uhm no!. I do not want to inconvenience another party! All in all. I find that my experience with this company proved to be extremely unprofessional. I should have known something was wrong when he returned the voicemail I left by saying "Hi, did someone call?" Not "hello I'm returning your call from Blessed Limousine "... I am happy that most of the others have given so many stars, they obviously had better luck than I. My advice... trust your instincts. Mandatory 20% gratuity charge, which we were not previously informed about, uhm okay? We weren't really gratuitous... 5. Get to an ATM, use two different cards to withdraw $400 each & pay them (mind you it's about 2am, and we've all been drinking and dancing at Freaknight and just wanna get back to the hotel and go to sleep, and this has just wasted about an hour of time, not to mention we have a drive from Seattle back to Tacoma) 6. Driver got lost and ended up taking a half hour detour 7. The next day find a pending $200 charge on one of my friend's credit cards (Wait, I thought the charges weren't going through? HMM) Obviously I call the owner about this, and he says it's only $160, and after much arguing and phone calls he assures me he will cancel the charge. 8. A week after returning, LO AND BEHOLD, the charge posts for a total of $290!! I've since called the owner AND the driver multiple times, no answer, no call back from voicemails. I've done some Googling. Turns out these guys aren't licensed, they are known for all sorts of things including many unauthorized charges...They need to be shut down!!! This is by far the most unprofessional limo service I have ever experienced. The driver was paid in full upfront before we left our house yet once we were ready to return back home from our night out he demanded we pay him an additional $200??? The driver said all these demands were coming from his boss when a quick search turns out he's the owner of the company! The limo was dirty, and had a check engine light on with funny noises coming from under the hood. Obviously the fleet is not maintained. Driver was all over the road too. I gave them a 1 because it won't let me do a 0 rating. They are crooks. I booked this through a site called Price4Limo who I had used before. That is where the nightmare began. I received a contract via email for a White Hummer Limo which seated 22 people they said because that was all they had left. I didn't need one that big and they worked with the price a bit. All started well. Until the actual event began. It was my wife's 50th birthday party and we were transporting everyone via limo to her party site. Blessed Limo called me that morning to confirm some things and I told him I had to update pickup addresses to add one site. They said "they would have to charge extra for the stop." I told them the stop was 3 minutes from the first start and was right on the way. I shouldn't have to pay extra when it is in line with the other sites and within my time limit. He told me to send him the address and it should be okay. The whole conversation he was unprofessional and sounded like he was doing 30 things at the same time and none of them well. The conversation didn't get better from there. He then asked me if I was on a time crunch and had to be on time. I said YES that is the point of the reservation. I told him I needed to start pickups at 4 PM and be dropped off by 6 PM at the party site and asked him if that was a problem. He stuttered and said it wouldn't be a problem, just wanted to make sure if I needed to be there on time. I told him YES and reiterated it was a timed event and that is what i was paying for. He said okay but I felt like he was just trying to squeeze me in and make another stop or run. I was right. The driver was supposed to pick up the first group at 4 PM. He arrived at 4:40 PM. Nice. And at the wrong address, he missed the first stop. I kept calling after about 4:05 PM and told him we had already discussed this and they were late. They gave excuses and he acted like he was the driver. When I asked him where he actually was, he said "let me give you the driver's number so you can talk to him." I thought he was the driver, He eventually got tired of lying and threw the driver under the bus. I called the driver and he wouldn't answer. On top of that the party he picked up had to show him where the first stop, which he missed, was to pick up the other group. The whole time the guy I was talking to sounded like he was on speed and was completely lost. They basically double-booked and ripped my time off knowing full well they were going to do that. But let me back up. The party they picked up first told me it was a big black van. I asked them about why I had a van. They said that is what picked them up. I booked a White Hummer Limo and got a black van. The van had NO music in it at all. When they eventually got to my house I said something about music and they basically turned on the radio in the cab of the van up front. Awful. The van looked like it was a mess. Not something you would book for your wife's 50th birthday party and certainly not a White hummer limo. They are criminal. They stole my money. They dropped me off at 6 because I needed to start the party at that point. I released the driver at that point and sent him on his way. That was basically after 1 hour and 20 minutes, far less than the 2 hours my contract stipulated, not in the van I stipulated and not what I paid for at all. I told them this would be discussed later as I was not going to ruin the birthday. They were impossible to talk to and so unprofessional it was ridiculous. Excuses and evasion was their tactic. The next day I received a bill for a couple hundred dollars less. It was less than a Hummer Limo (barely) but still more than they would charge for the ragged van they sent. And they won't respond now. The Party4Limo company assured me they were checking with these BLESSED LIMO criminals to see what they can do. It has been a week and i have to seek legal action for the breach of contract at this point. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE your special occasion. They will ruin it and they are thieves. Now they are hiding behind email and not even calling to discuss it. I have to now try to find their company to talk to someone face to face. I am sure it is run from someone's basement the way they have behaved and reacted to the situation. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Blessed Limo. Unfortunately you need to stay away from Price4Limo because they contract from these criminals. read more

Literally the WORST Limo Experience I have ever had. We paid the guy in FULL when he picked us up. Then the driver forced us to pay him an additional $170 more before he "moved an inch". He was SO hostile and yelling and screaming at us. He was driving SO recklessly and swerved off the road several times. The driver also threatened to leave us in the middle of nowhere. We were definitely extorted and did not even end up even getting a ride home! We had to take a cab home at 4am. What a disappointment. Reserved limo for Prom...limo was late, no A/C, driver didn't know where to go!! When it was time to pick up the limo was stuck somewhere unable to pick up and had to wait for another limo and another driver to arrive. Putting together a family trip, as many of you know, isn't simple. Particularly if children are involved. Our family goes through it every so often: find a destination, book flights, hotels, rental cars, watch the budget carefully, fill it up with contents, attractions, museums, and other touristy things. Make sure every member of the family gets his fair share of the trip or vacation. And then there's always contemplating: how are we going to get to and from the airport. Some prefer driving their own car, parking it in the long term parking, schlepping the luggage on the shuttle, and paying unknown parking rates. I contemplate, but I always decide against it. My clear preference is car service. Last year we used Blessed Limousine Service because they had a very sweet deal with Amazon Local. This year we used Blessed Limo because we had such a good experience with them last year. Next year there will be no contemplation. It will be Blessed Limo from the start. With a fleet of cars any President would be happy to ride, courteous drivers, and good knowledge of the area, Blessed Limo served us well. We always made it to the airport with time to spare, and never waited too long at the gate to be picked up. The drivers were professional, safe, courteous, and helpful with the luggage. Our experience with Blessed Limo is nothing but excellent. Highly recommended. A personal tip I give all who use limousine services: if your house is remotely difficult to locate, if it's a new development and the maps aren't yet reflecting it, if the GPS still thinks it's marshland, call the Limousine Service the night before and make sure to explain. For Blessed Limo Service, make sure you call Genise of Blessed Limo to make sure she knows how to get to your place. Round trip from Sea-Tac dtwn. Drivers are friendly, and know a lot about the area. They do not deserve the low rating that their company has earned. The company: No promised email confirmation; once our flight arrived we, no one met us--we needed to make multiple calls to find out where the prepaid transportation was, and resulted in a 20 min plus wait; back to airport.. a cargo van was sent, not the prepaid limo/car. The driver was sent to the wrong hotel. If this company claims they are getting high marks, they were an absolute fail on our trip. As I stated, this is a company issue, not the drivers. Stay away from this company. Rented a 22 seat Hummer for $650 Cash, yes cash. I should have known better but they were giving me a discounted rate since it was only 3 days prior to the event and only the 22 seat Hummer was available and if I paid cash they would discount the normal rate. Instead of the 22 seat Hummer showing up only the 12 seat Chrysler arrived. We had 17 in our party. Now we were stuck, our only option was to either cancel the whole deal and miss the dance or take the 12 seats and have one other person drive so we did the latter. After the dance in Seattle Blessed Limo did send the Hummer, which arrived late but required us to pay an additional $150 cash to bring us home. Never rent from this company. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. read more

We were going up to Seattle to grab a cruise ship to Alaska and decided to use Blessed Limo because of a groupon I had seen in the Seattle Area. We are a family of 5 including a 1 1/2 year old baby girl. When ordering the SUV service I let them know that I would require a childs seat with the car as we were not traveling with one. They let me know that they had one and would gladly let us use it. When we arrived at SeaTac the Limo driver was there but with no car seat. We reluctantly got into the the SUV with my baby in my wife's lap. During the drive, the driver was extremely friendly but was driving extremely fast. He joked and said that "he used to be a rally car driver", no joke he was literally driving about 100mph until I told him to please slow down as we are in no hurry and we do not have a child seat for the baby... ok The pickup was not much better. We spoke to a lady in the office for blessed Limo and told her what time we needed to be picked up at the hotel to go to the airport and STRESSED that we NEEDED a car seat for the baby because we did not have one on the way in. (We only used this service in the beginning because they told us they would provide a car seat for our child)..Once again NO CAR SEAT!!!. Instead of a nice SUV it was some sort of van that looked like it would take church kids to bible camp. We needed to get to the airport so we got in, again with my baby in my wife's lap. About 15 min into the drive to the airport the driver hands me his cell phone and tells me that the boss would like to talk to me. The lady on the phones tells me"she is sorry that the driver didn't have a car seat, they realized on his way to pick us up that we didn't have one so they had to make the decision to be late or go back and get a car seat" .. Sorry for the lengthy story but no thanks... I will never be using this service again as I found them to be unprofessional and unorganized. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER NEVER USE AGAIN. I order a limousine 3 weeks in advance. Owner calls me the day if the party and tells me limo won't be available until an hour into the party so he is going to send a party bus, its nice the young ladies will love it. The driver is 20 minutes late, I ask him to come to the door he tells me no. We get in the bus, floors are muddy and dirty, there are no glasses, the ceiling panels are falling out, seats are dirty, and i I can tell the young ladies are not impressed and I am mad. I proceed to tell the driver where we r going and I have to give him directions. Driver is rude and doesn't want to be there. Limousine catches up with us an hour or so later. Evening proceeds on. When the evening is over I explain to the owner I am not paying you what we agreed upon and no tip. He proceeds to tell me we had a contract and I said yes we did and you broke it when you sent me a horrible replacement. He continues to argue with me after I pay him and tells me I booked a car I couldn't afford and that is why I am not paying him. I told him you are mistaking and pulled out the money I was going to pay him. Late, bus I didn't order, rude driver, and now you are arguing with me good bye. He argues more as I am walking away. . My stepfather had passed unexpectedly and we were not sure how we were going to provide transportation for family members coming out of town for the services. Blessed limousine came through for our family we were able to provide transportation to and from the service! Blessed limousine services was very kind and patient with my Grandmother who was wheelchair bound! Both owners, Clussy and Genice along with their other drivers were angels during this grieving process. I will definatley be using their services again. I was quite impressed with how much room the limos had and the buses they provided for the service were beyond impressive! I will definitely recommend using their services for whatever event you are having, they come through and are very accommodating! read more

My sister organized a holiday family outing in Seattle to tour UW, the Fremont troll, pioneer square, and the market. We booked blessed limousines with the recommendation of a coworker and couldn't have been more pleased with their service! The communication when booking the arrangements was thorough and kind. Pricing was reasonable and well worth the value of the service and the beautiful limo. When Clussie, the owner and driver, picked us up he took incredible care. We didn't mention that we had a wheelchair in tow and he folded it down and put it upfront with him without the blink of an eye. Throughout our time in Seattle, there were places that made us feel that the wheelchair was a pain. It was so nice that he didn't make us feel that way, especially for the person using the chair. Without a doubt I would recommend Blessed Limousines to anyone looking for beautiful transportation and top notch service! We will be using them for our wedding next September! This service will take your money and leave you stranded. We had 12 seniors for prom and Blessed limo was 1 hour late did not bother to call, sent a driver who had no idea where they were supposed to go and and no GPS system to get them around. The limo was not air conditioned and it was 80 degrees outside The Limo was dented and the tires looked bald. You will not be blessed by using their service. They are not professional nor are they trustworthy. read more
