A WORD OF ADVICE - when these guys suggest an earlier pickup than what you intended, LISTEN TO THEM. They have saved me from missing my flight on numerous occasions and I have learned to take every one of their suggestions and they have never been wrong. The drivers are top notch and certainly the faces of this operation. Impeccably dressed in black suits, crisp white shirts and black ties, these guys greet you with a warm smile as if you'd been old friends and before you know it your sitting in the backseat of one of their well appointed luxury sedans or SUVs. Cold bottled water is yours if you choose and sits in the armrest everytime. The vehicles are always clean as a whistle and there's a lot of legroom in every car. This is a real class act. A company that sets the standard for concierge service in this field. You can choose one of the other black car companies if you're willing to settle for mediocre service. Or you can choose Starline.

Don't rent from here! Russian scam! Two major problems with this place:…read more #1: On my wedding day, they were an hour and a half late! The limo driver that showed up told me that he's a contractor for a different company. We were on a very tight schedule and should've been picked up at 8:30am. We didn't get picked up until 9:50! The driver told me he didn't get the call until 8:45!! Super unorganized. #2: They offered me an extra hour to compensate for being late. I thought this meant they would deduct an hour off my rental. A few days after the wedding they're charging me the full amount! When I called the Russian guy said that they meant I could keep the limo for an extra hour. What the hell do I need the limo for an extra hour when my reception starts at a certain time?! #3 Bonus: before the wedding day we agreed to a discount of $5 off per hour. Never received the discount, when I emailed the guys, the jackasses didn't respond. I would seriously rate this place a '0' if I could. They made me late to my WEDDING CEREMONY, and still charged me full price. They were an hour and a half late and still ended at the same time, and still charge the full amount? What the hell is wrong with you people. PS. The inside of the limo was trashy and not clean
