DJ worked on my estimate, and I met several of their staff who were all personable, but I primarily dealt with Juston. I originally stopped by and talked to Juston Oleson (his name is on the building) about some minor paint work on my Subaru, and he gave me a tour of the shop and talked about his approach. Competition paint works on cars old and new, and classic cars are their passion. Juston is a nice guy, and takes pride in his work. Based on the first conversation, and condition of the shop, I had planned on bringing in a side mirror and some trim for paint. The universe had other plans. I was in a pretty serious car accident in August. I thought for sure that my beloved classic BMW was a total loss. Juston worked with me and my insurance company to perform a high quality repair, replacing the quarter panel on a 35 year old vehicle. I work on my own cars as a hobby, but this repair is a serious undertaking, and this shop delivered. Yes, good things take time. My car was in repair for several months. Throughout the process, Juston and DJ communicated with me, worked with me on sourcing hard to find replacement parts, and delivered my car back to me in better condition than prior to the accident. Thanks for helping get my E30 back on the road. I'll be back for my Subaru paint, and will recommend this shop in the future.

I'm so glad I went to see Juston and team. He priced both repairing the bumper and completely replacing it. Since the cost was about the same, I decided to replace the bumper. You can't even tell it's been replaced. The color match is perfect, and everything works great (sensors, etc.) They even washed my car! Clear communication, answered all my questions, and very easy to deal with. Would recommend for anyone needing work done on their car.

Poor communication, weeks of delays, no accountability, I was given an attitude by the manager Pat…read morewhen I had a chance to speak with him. On my first visit the front desk neglected to give enterprise a call when they said they would. I waited over an hour before they noticed I was still there waiting, said they did indeed reach out to enterprise. When enterprise arrived I asked if they received any communications from crash champions in the last hour and they said no. So the front desk person straight lied to my face instead of owning up to it. No responsibility or accountability taken for delays which ended up costing me $400 in additional rental fees. Only given a sassy attitude and aggressive refusal to make things right. Highly unprofessional. Didn't teach back out when promised to for any follow up. I even provided a detailed timeline of events and was basically shrugged off and treated poorly. Would give zero stars if possible. I have no doubt that this review will result in any sort of action as they've shown they don't care to take any ownership of their mistakes. If crash champions reads this. This is in regards to the 2014 Toyota Avalon brought in towards the beginning of November 2025. If crash champions has any integrity I welcome them to prove me wrong, make things right and reimburse me for the extra cost I had to pay for their mistakes. Until then, avoid crash "champions"

This is beginning 2018…read more Shady and not really honest people. So I had two separate visits there, both times insurance covered. The first time they replaced bunch of things from the front. They for some reason didn't wanna use 2015 bumper for my 2015 subaru and said the one they got (2014 was going to fit), but from the get go the right side started unclipping with left side shortly after as well. I assumed it may have gotten hit (no visible damage) or something so I clipped it back in. But it still unclips from time to time to this day. From the looks, it seems something was either not properly installed or the part isn't for my 2015 legacy. Also I went to check up on my car one Saturday and a part was sitting on my back seat with the seat not covered and you could visibly see liquid had poured onto the seat. The guy working the front desk was kinda sketchy. Even when I confronted about the parts inside the car he played it off as if it was all good (it wasn't).. so bad experience but not too off putting. Fast forward a year or so and I got into another accident, this time getting hit from the back. Because this shop is right by the subaru dealership, for me it was a pretty convenient place to go to (which is also recommended by dealership). So I went there thinking that if the same guy was there I'd find another place, but this time another guy was there, this guy much nicer. So I got everything squared away and left my car there, got my rental, etc, and was on my way. Several months prior to coming here, I got new tires and had 4 matching tires. Tires are rated for 50,000 miles so I should have been good. But the day after I got my car back my tire went flat, at first I thought it was the sensor so I called the shop but they told me no, you just have really worn tires, given that that guy was really honest and nice to that point, I didn't have a reason to not believe him. But the next day when I was putting on my spare, I noticed the back two tires didn't match the front two.. Remember, literally day after I got my car back my tires go flat. Coincidence?! Idk.... but given this is a subaru , I make sure all four tires are changed at the same time. Be cautious here. This taught me to document everything before taking into the shop. I had this as a draft for 3 years until today heard another concerning story regarding this place.

Just picked up my Jeep from Elite Collision. Flawless work, their attention to detail is amazing…read more They even found damage that I hadn't noticed. Joe is a master at navigating the insurance company's requirements. Will def be back for any future needs.
