Rainbow Cookie Matcha

Never had a bad thing from Gregory's! When I want a speciality tea (props to the rainbow cookie matcha here), Gregory's is the go to spot! It's a local break from your chain coffee shops. Has a nice amount of vegan options as well, which is always refreshing. Staff has always been ready to help recommend products and tips. The store is always clean and inviting!

I have mixed feelings about this location but not about Gregory's. I'm a regular in Summit and Paramus but this location felt off. The barista was MIA for a bit, the music was overly loud and the place wasn't as tidy or as flanked with greenery and other welcoming touches as the other Gregory's. It felt like whoever built the place slapped it together in minutes and the staff seems to feel the same way. The barista blankly took my order whereas in Summit there's a feeling of happiness in the place. That being said, there's loads of parking and the WiFi worked well. It's also not as busy as other locations. My honey badger was fine.

Excited to see this coffee chain and decided to stop in! Inviting atmosphere with decent seating in case you wanted to do work or sit and chat with friends. I didn't realize there also was a drive thru option! My husband got the cold brew--pretty standard with no frills. Cost approx $5 for a medium. Fast and friendly service! Would recommend going and sitting in the cafe to get the full experience.

I used to have their morning coffee when working in the city, then had become one of their first customers when they opened their Summit store in central Jersey. However, for reason I don't know, their coffee quality has declined over the years... and their croissant sandwich has always turned out slightly burnt (something to do with their SOP? because it's not a single story) Now they have a store nearby my apartment! I can't help myself but to check it out!! Visit this location, with familiar store setups, black and white tiles as I remembered, and the air that only belongs to Gregory's! This store is not stranger to people who are keen to city vibes. Staffs are usually friendly and professional. Within 40 miles radius you won't find another Gregory's Coffee. Yes, it's that precise! I really like this store stay for good. Come in for their coffee and pastries!

They're back! Great cappuccino and blueberry muffin. The actual Gregory was there and he made my coffee.

Fruit pastry - definitely the best thing we got, the fruit and cream were ok, but the pastry was actually raw in the middle. The pineapple brulée pastry was awful, the torching left a butane flavor and the pineapple tasted canned as well. The curry bun tasted like frozen vegetables that were flavored with a chicken ramen powder packet, I didn't even finish it. The walnut bread was ok but tasted like artificial walnut. For the drinks, I got a matcha latte and was shocked to find one that I hated more than starbucks, it tasted like sugar milk, no matcha flavor to speak of. My partner got a cold brew which he said tasted like water. The bakery is mostly self-serve, but still managed to have a bad service experience. The cashier was weirdly hostile to us when we were standing in the wrong place to stand in line. I want to note that it wasn't busy, there was only one other group and we were standing behind them, I guess just on the wrong side? It was the mode logical place to stand after getting the baked goods so, idk. Just a weird time overall. The inside was rather clean but the outside tables were a mess. Overall, will not be returning to this chain and will continue shopping at -real- local bakeries. I'm kind of in awe that this place has any popularity whatsoever.

Lots of other restaurants nearby.. lots of parking outside . Wasn't that crowded when I went . Service was ok and quick. I ordered through the digital kiosk and it was easy to order . Got ice cream with donut and they picked it in a plastic sandwich box pressing the whole scoop of ice cream down . When I opened the box , half ice cream was stuck in the plastic lid . Wish they had better packaging ! Ambience was ok .. Donuts were good . About 3$ for a donut , cheaper than aKrispy Kreme and tim hortons , but the quality wasn't as good as Tim Hortons ! The donuts were toooo sugary on the top. They almost had a thick layer of sugar and it gets stuck to the box if you pack it . It was a bit dry when I ate it at home .. donut ice cream was fantastic though. Ate it right then and it tasted like heaven. Was an average experience , especially the donuts being dry ! Wish it was soft .. 3 stars

The bagels are so good here that every time I host out of town guests I have to buy 3 dozen or more just so my guests can take some home with them. My brother in-law can eat half a dozen in one sitting. If you want breakfast before your morning commute I suggest putting in your order online, prior to pickup early mornings can be quite the mad house. If you do not have the means to make an online order they also take orders over the phone. They also offer delivery as well. Orders are completed fairly quick, I ordered my brunch via Door Dash 3 make your own breakfast sandwiches and it was ready within 5-8 minutes for pickup. I was initially hesitant about ordering a croissant breakfast sandwich because at almost every other place a croissant breakfast sandwich can be very messy. As seen in my image the sandwich is clean and neat, some might think why isn't the cheese stringy? The cheese is not stringy because I chose to eat it cold, it could use a little dash of salt and pepper but otherwise good. The other make your own sandwiches I order for my husband and daughter were identical. My daughter orders from here quite frequently and had no complaints. However, my husband who normally loves the bagels here, said that his sandwich was just fine his exact words were "it's okay it's not oh my God mind blowing or anything" but I'm not sure if he just didn't enjoy the sandwich because it was what my daughter picked. He does have a saltier palette so this could also be contributing to his critique.

I have to update my review of this Starbucks location. There…read moreare three issues I must point out for Starbucks regulars who are planing to use this location, to keep in mind before making purchase. 1. On 11/26/2022, the cheese danish was listed $3.45/pc through display window, however, it was charged $3.65/pc. And when I called out the discrepancy, cashier said the difference was the tax (she apparently was not looking at her screen, because it clearly said item $3.65, tax $0.00) Therefore I wasn't satisfied or convinced with her answer. I pointed out to her, that banana loaf or pumpkin bread is $3.65/pc, but cheese danish is $3.45/pc. Instead of servicing customers and compensate customer the difference, and fix the technical issue after (either update computer to sync with price tag, or correct the price tag in the display window to avoid further issue), the cashier said there's nothing she can do, whatever it's in the computer it's whatever charged. *It seems there's no station manager in the store, or higher management, to take care of service issue. 2. The cheese danish was ordered warmed up, but when I open the paper bag, the cheese top was dirty (seemed like the warmed up machine needed to be cleaned) because I would hate to believe it was dirty before it was delivered to the location when it's still in the plastic bag. 3. There is a sign at the wall "Redeem Rewards Here", however, when last few times of transaction didn't count on my Starbucks App, I called Starbucks customer service, to honor my purchase towards my reward. Starbucks customer service was nice enough to honer my purchase and to give stars, but informed me that this Starbucks locates in ACME was not participating Starbucks Reward program. As much as I want one Starbucks close by, I must point this out to friends who plays Starbucks challenge to be mindful when selecting your Starbucks for your purchase. There are another Starbucks about 2min drive at south, and another one 5min drive at north, and they both much better than this one. I am sorry for my previous review few months ago.
