Store cleanness: 4 stars ( was during staff mopping the floor, and maybe was tidy up the space) @ it was a bit strange that the store didn't smell coffee or donut, or any food smell. Staffs friendliness: 2 stars (not at all attentive) Food: 3 stars (chocolate French cruller and chocolate Boston crème) read more

Dunkin' - the outside of a dunkin donuts shop - Donuts Near Me - Old Bridge, New Jersey

My husband was discriminated against here today by the lady who works in there. Getting treated with disrespect from someone who's a person of color is diabolical to me. Don't have to be so rude and nasty to people just because of your views on certain people. My husband is also a working man, so it's not like he doesn't have a job or wasn't in uniform. She made him pay for his food before he got it then had the nerve to almost throw his bag at him like she didn't want to touch him. Everyone else who was white in front of him was treated better and didn't have to pay until they received their items. Then she didn't allow him to sit inside the store saying it's only for those who order sandwiches and coffee. :( Never heard of anything like that at all. read more

Always enjoy a cup of coffee from here. Tonight I was killing time & decided on a coffee & something to eat. Really regret ordering food. After ordering & waiting, I noticed the same girl who took our order was also preparing the food. She really should have been wearing some type of hairnet. If I wasn't so starving I would have told her to cancel it. After this I will not be ordering food from them. The heath department would not approve. Ew.. read more

if I could give no stars I would. you pay good money for their products which are expensive, today it's hard for people to purchase coffee especially a special treat for a senior citizen on SS. Their donuts sit their from 7 am till midnight, getting harder and less tasty, I refuse to let them take my money anymore. highway 34 they give you the hard donuts that have been sitting there all day long and they don't care, you still pay their high price for that hard donut!! Tell them you don't care. Show them you don't care, Shop at the bakery in the stores and get more for your money and they don't go hard on you. read more

I mean what can you say. Dunkin coffee is a hit or miss. The person preparing food has no hair net and hair blowing all over. Not the greatest Dunkin read more

Dunkin' - Medium coffee - Donuts Near Me - Old Bridge, New Jersey

I ordered a coffee with ice WITH ICE and it was warm never coming here again they had to redo my order 3 times I don't want to ask again so I had to take it and go I want a FREE drink never coming back again and the worker could BARLEY BARLEY SPEAK ENGLISH IM NEVER COMING BACK read more

This is simply not a good Dunkin' Donuts. This is close to my home so I have been here more than several times, and I have decided to go a little out of my way to not go back to this one. Service is painfully slow, my order is often wrong, staff is rude and even management was less than accommodating when I pointed out that my "hot" coffee wasn't even luke warm. Also, coffee never tastes the same twice, sometimes almost no pumps of flavor, other times, too much, once cup was only 2/3 filled! Quality control is lacking. Mistakes are frequent, wrong size coffee, wrong order, etc. Go elsewhere if you can.... read more

They completely forgot one item and the turkey sausage we got was so dry and gross that it went straight in the trash. Not the first time this location has shit the bed. Don't go here. read more

The workers here are extremely immature and rude. I was asking the lady taking my order to please cut the syrup on my iced coffee. She acted as if she didn't understand. So when I got to the window I asked her if the syrup was cut in half. Her response was a snappy, "You asked for half syrup so that's what I put!" She then proceeded to speak her language to the man taking the money who looked at me and laughed. Ok. I'll let all that go. But then I get 2 miles down the road and my WAKE UP WRAP WAS ICE COLD IN THE MIDDLE! Now I'm pissed because I don't have time to go back and exchange it! So basically I lost my money. Bypass this place by all means. Never again will they see my money. read more

Order on Uber eats. Bagels were AT LEAST a week or more old. Extremely stale and almost inedible. Could barley bite through and they were not toasted. Little to no cream cheese spread on bagels. Hash browns ICED COLD! literally not warmed up at all which is a first bc usually they're either extremely hot and greasy or burnt. And never received 1/2 dozen donuts I ordered. Will never ever order from this location again. Probably one of the worst DD franchises in NJ! read more

Probably one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the area in my opinion,Trust me don't go here there are a lot of other near by. The management is very rude that this location, they will use a lot of colorful words in front of young children, even if the customer is not using those words. read more

Miami's a good store manager, he was making coffee, sandwich and taking customer at the same time,

Best Dunkin in the area hands down. They don't skimp on the cream cheese, the coffees come out great, never had a bad experience here

This is by far the WORST DUNKIN!!! Our order was completely wrong and they don't even care. Literally more than half of the order was wrong and/or gross. The egg and cheese wraps completely burnt we couldn't eat them. We asked 10 times for ketchup and they still didn't give it. THERE ARE OTHER DUNKIN DONUTS ON ROUTE 9 PASS THIS ONE. THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE OVERALL FRANCHISE SYSTEM. read more

Staff is always very affable, and the drinks are always made spot on. They often have their own drinks specials, which is great. My only complaint to management about this location is a very weak Wi-Fi signal in the dining area, which is why I stopped working from this location (I work remotely 2-3 times a week). If they could only relocate the WiFi router to the center of the store, you'd gladly return to "working" read more

I go here every single day.. sometimes twice a day! This is the best dunkin. They are 24 hours, theyre always quick and they're always pleasant! This morning there was a line of about 5 cars for the drive thru, they got through the whole line in under 5 mins. So even if you see a line, dont be intimidated, they can handle it. Anyways, totally recommend this dunkin! read more

Best Dunkin'! Coffee always tastes good unlike the other one on 516 across from Walgreens.

Bought 6 donuts on a Sunday night and they were very tough and dry. Stale, had to throw them out.

this is probably the dunkin' donuts i go to the most and definitely the best in old bridge. their any size iced coffee for $2 deal is such a win-win. the staff is really chill & down to earth. though, from the amount of times i come there they don't always get my order right unless i order on the go. when it comes to preparing food and drinks they're always diligent and try to perfect if as much as possible. however, i realized that they sort of rush the on the go orders mainly because they try to get them out of the way as soon as possible. plus, the location is really really REALLY convenient for a student athlete like me. it's right near a middle school and a football field so their customers are usually middle schoolers or student athletes walking down from lombardi field. also, it's like a good 3 minute drive from the high school so it's always a craze in the morning before school starts because of the exorbitant amount of teachers & students awaiting for their morning caffeine. might i add, it's right across the library so if you want a sweet delight to with your book or some caffeine to boost your brain power, you're in the right dunkin'. well anyway, not really anything to complain about this fast food chain. pretty darn good location, pretty darn good food. end of debate. read more
