To start off, I came in when there was no people at all, so it wasn't busy. I then ordered a Nutaya…read morebowl with NO coconut flakes because they always make me feel sick. I mentioned to the girl at the register twice about no coconut flakes and just add extra nutella instead. She then IGNORED me even though i said it TWICE, and got a load of coconut flakes that were packed into the nutella. I'm disgusted with the two girls because they ignored me when i tried speaking to them, and just looked at me weirdly. Once I got home i had to hand pick every flake out so I wouldn't throw it up. I'm so disgusted and disappointed with how the two girls acted, and really ruined my overall experience. Overall just remember to check your order before leaving, even if you tell these women what you dont want twice, they just dont care enough about your needs to listen. For the insane price we pay, they should at least get our order right. (In the picture below you can see how much she PACKED THEM INTO THE NUTELLA. Its so gross. I tried the Indecisive Bowl, the PBJ, and the Date Smoothie, and every single one hit the spot. The bowl was fresh and layered with flavor, the PBJ tasted like a healthier throwback to the classic combo, and the Date Smoothie was rich, naturally sweet, and super satisfying. You can tell they put care into what they're making. I'm definitely going back, and tonight I'm actually trying their chickpea "tuna" for dinner.
