After reading the great reviews for Greener Steamer, I decided to try them last week and I am so grateful I did! The technician, I believe his name was Steve, did an absolute beautiful job! Our carpet is old and we recently got a new puppy. I've been trying to clean myself but could still see and smell little spots. Those are all gone now and all of our carpet areas look fantastic! Five star experience from start to finish! I reached out to Greener Steamer directly through Yelp and in a flash I heard back from Robert, the owner. He asked me a couple questions and was able to give me a price pretty quickly, which was extremely affordable in my opinion. A large area rug and my large three seater couch for $99. We made the appointment for a few days later, on a Monday afternoon and when the day came, Damon arrived right on time and was a pleasure to work with. I had all the furniture moved away from the area so he was able to get started right away and he was finished in under an hour. The results were great, particularly the couch. It looked so freakin' good. I had family in town a few days later that hadn't seen it in months and even they commented that it looked like a totally different color. I would definitely hire them again and I probably won't wait as long as I did this last time knowing how easy it was. read more

I decided to have my carpets professionally cleaned to finish off spring cleaning--especially because I have three dogs and a teenaged boy (yikes!). I'll admit I was a bit skeptical at first, and was worried it might be a bait-and-switch with hidden fees, but Rob exceeded all expectations with no surprises! He did exactly what was promised, cleaned my entire home and even recommended a deodorizer treatment due to my pets--I wasn't sure if I wanted to proceed but I'm so glad I did as it made a major difference. My carpets look beautiful, and my whole house smells amazing and brand new like a load of fresh laundry ! What really impressed me was that Rob didn't cut corners--he actually moved my furniture to clean underneath, which I totally didn't expect. No shortcuts, just solid, thorough work. Happy that I chose their business to complete the task of cleaning a commercial carpet that had not been cleaned in years. They had a cancellation and we made it happen. WOW, what a difference Greener Steamer made in my home with their fantastic carpet cleaning. We moved to this home 9 years ago and this carpet in a light tan color was already installed here. We have had it cleaned a few times over the years but not for a while now. Our cat just passed away who sometimes got sick on the carpet as well and my bedroom was the worst in the whole house with spots galore to the point of being downright embarrassing. Greener Steamer was recommended by a friend, and I called them up for an appointment. They arrived right on time and went to work on our carpet explaining about the traffic patterns that would still be somewhat visible after cleaning and dry time. My home and carpet looked just super after they finished cleaning and the spots are gone. I recommend them highly. I had a carpet with pet stains, a sectional couch and a 2'X4' ottoman cleaned. The ottoman could not be completely cleaned because of staininginto cotton. I contacted Greener Steamer to get my carpets cleaned for the move out process of my lease. I messaged them through yelp and they gave me a quote within an hour or two. I was impressed with their website being easily navigable and having up to date information on it (unlike several other carpet cleaning companies I looked at whose yelp pages didn't even have a valid URL listed). When they came back with a quote right around what 2 other places also quoted me, I knew they were offering a fair price. I decided to go with them over the other quotes because of their fast reply, good website, and their availability on the date I needed it. They told me that they would call me the day of the appointment, half an hour before the appointment to confirm. They called just like they said they would. When the appointment rolled around, Rob came out to do the service. He was prompt, even about 5 minutes early, and very courteous. He cleaned my bedroom and my living room (the only places I asked about) within 20 minutes, and was wrapping up within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. He mentioned that he also cleaned a tiny piece of carpet that he saw in my hall closet (was only about 2' x 2'). I thanked him and paid him in cash. He sent me an email with the receipt on the spot, so I had the receipt before he ever even left. Rob did a great job and was very personable. The technicians were very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. I am happy with the job they did and I also like that this is a family company. (The technicians were the nephews of the owner). My review is four stars instead of five because one of their two vans had a flat tire, causing them to be late. I completely understand that things happen and agreed to bump my appointment back two hours. They then text me to say it would be a half hour later. When that time came around, I hadn't heard anything so I called. They then told me 30-45 more minutes. Eventually, they made it out but it was 4.5 hours after my original appointment time. As I said, I realize things happen and I have no problem working around issues. I just feel as thought the communication could have been much better. They did, however, make it right and discount my services. Despite the inconvenience, I would definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to others. I hadn't heard of Greener Steamer but saw the positive reviews on Yelp. Rob did a great job. He was prompt with his arrival, even calling ahead to see if he could come early, and for right to work. I have two small children at home and he was great with them and worked around our mess of toys.
