He's called, both, to ask if he could start earlier than my appointment time (because of finishing another job sooner than expected), and to let me know a previous job was taking a little longer than expected and to make sure I'd be ok with him arriving a little later than my appointment. I have very old beige carpets so I was not expecting too much when I went looking for a carpet cleaning service. I have had them cleaned before by other companies and the carpet always turned out ok but musty smelling and just not very clean feeling. I went on Yelp! to find a better way and this is definitely the better way!! My carpets had not been cleaned since last spring, I have a dog and 2 cats, and a kid that plays every sport under the sun and is always dragging in mud! So again I was not expecting a miracle but I got one! My carpets are bright and soft!! They smell great and it has been 2 weeks and they still vacuum up like new! I bought a Groupon or some sort of one-day deal and had these guys come out and clean 3 rooms and a large area rug. They were very easy to schedule using the online booking feature. The man who did the cleaning was on time, friendly, and thorough. He educated me through the process. They do not bring in any big hoses; the cleaning material is all in a tank on their backs. The house was left smelling like a field of oranges and the carpets were restored to their original form. It took a little longer than he said to dry, but was good to go by the next day. I love their carpet cleaning. It makes your house smell nice and fresh. But I don't like the fact that I have to pay over $100 for stairs, half of my living room (walking area), and half of my bedroom. I called and spoke to a young lady today and she said I would have to pay $80 for my living room and bed room, and $40 for my stairs. We've used this company three times now. Each time they come out the service gets worse. We recently had them come and found that as the carpet dried areas of our carpet were stiff and crunchy to the touch. Every single stair was like this and my sons entire bedroom.
