I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was very unsatisfactory and a warning for all potential customers was in need. After already putting in quite a few quarters hoping to get a decent carwash, each of the cleaning products selected were out of cleaning solution. I won't be coming here again. read more

Total rip-off. Pitiful water pressure stopped working shortly after starting. Do NOT use a card for payment. Keeps charging long after repeatedly hitting the stop button. read more

If you want a quick smog done in a clean facility with a friendly operator, Green Tree is the place. When I went, there was a small wait because there was a car ahead of me. When it was my car's turn, we were smogged and done with that all-important certificate in hand in a matter of minutes. All the wall art signs are decorative and enjoyable to check out. Easy to find right on the corner, reasonably priced, and reliable- make this your go-to smog shop. read more

Another year, another scramble to get the car smogged and registered. And I always forget until the last minute. Always. I remember at 10:30am and was back home again by 11:00am. They do the Smog Check, they send in the registration and you are on your way. No DMV line, no muss, no fuss. See you again next year! read more

I've gotten my Car Smog and DMV registered here for several years now the team is professional and efficient and the addition of being able to register for DMV is so fantastic read more

Having a place to wash your car is important as next to owning a home, your car is the largest investment. So keeping it looking great should be a part of maintenance. This location has self service power washers and they even offer annual smog testing and DMV registration which can be a huge time saver. The down side I experienced was related to the car wash side since I didn't use their smog inspection services. The power car wash has user selected programs - soap power wash, pre-rinse, spot free rinse, wax, and soap brush. The problem was there was hardly any soap when selected and when choosing rinse, no matter if it was final or pre-rinse - there seemed to be some soap leaking through resulting in spots when the car dried. Not really the car wash fault but we live in 4x4 country and many off roaders use the car wash to wash off all that stuck mud and grime. This usually results in a super dirty car was bay and flooded. So maintenance needs to happen more often during muddy season. Would I use them again? Probably not as there are so many options within a few miles. read more

Saturday, 8 March and of course I love to wash my car and again no soap. It's not the first time unfortunate even the person that was drying off his car said the same thing. Make sure they're so might help you appreciate it. Have a great day. read more

Love how fast and friendly the service was! Had time to before heading to pick up my kids from school and was done in less than 5 min.

I occasionally get very muddy at work. Two weeks ago I had the idea of stopping and washing down my jeans and boots while wearing them. No soap, just high power rinse. $4.50. What a deal! My boots are clean to start my next day. I stopped again Friday 1/27/2023 and was charged $20.00 on my card. There is also another two dollar charge pending? WTActualF? I won't be returning here. read more

I've been getting Smog Check in this place for years now and customer service remains excellent. Super quick and easy process for the smog check (I was in and out of there in 10 mins) and you can register your vehicle at the same time. However, if you have a tax exempt like I do, they're unable to register your car for you. Nonetheless, staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. They also have a self sercive car wash and vacuuming that I have yet to try. read more

I never smogged a car in Iowa, but west coasters have to. I thought I bought a combo smog and registration renewal on Groupon, but only bought the smog. Darn it. So I drove to the other side of town to use it. Oh well. This spot was efficient and the employee was quite friendly. I was able to smog and register my car at the same time saving me much time and having to go to the DMV. If you live in Sparks I would recommend it. If not, not sure it was worth the drive. read more

This smog center is great!! No line, friendly staff, and quick smog. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Was even able to register right there with the dmv and was provided the documentation! Awesome place and will return read more

Was your water shut off on 12/28/21? The machines took my money and did not work. No signs or anything saying do not use, or out of order. If you can provide the service, put up a sign, or turn your power off. I want a refund! read more

We go here often for car washes as it's close to our house. It's best to go as a team because the car wash is paid for by the second. It's a great car wash but we learned the first time around that the provided scrub brush scratches your vehicles exterior ever so lightly--still leaving marks. Go save some money and run over to the Smith's and buy a car wash rag of sorts. read more

Got my car smogged here. Super fast, friendly service. I'd definitely recommend! Also, they honored the $5.00 off coupon that Yelp advertises. read more

A week ago I stopped in here while I in the area shopping to inquire about having a smog check for our car that is due every year. A friendly man told me it would be $26 and if I want to have them send the certificate to DMV then it is an extra $10. The extra $10 is certainly worth it rather than going to the DMV except that some places don't charge for that, and $26 is a bit on the higher side from most places. I decided to just drive the 3 extra miles and go to a place that was far LESS in price. Thus I went to a competitor that charged just $10 for the emission inspection and another $6 for the inspection report that included electronically sending the certificate to the DMV immediately. I was able to login to the DMV site minutes later and pay the registration fee. All done. Bottom line is that my smog check and DMV submission cost just $16 which is well less than half the $36 I was quoted here for the same task. And at the competitor, I was in and out of there in 11 minutes !!!!! Check around before getting a smog check. Prices are all over the map and some are as high as $40. This place is close to that upper end. read more

The only smog place I have been who knew exactly were the module to plug the reader was on my motorhome. No more taking the engine cover off and hooking up to sparkplug wires. Pleasant employee. Fast and efficient. Yes, they can do the DMV part for you, so you don't have to. Check Yelp and Groupon before you go, in case there is a coupon. I found a $5 off one. I used their car wash while I was there. Highly recommend. read more

Great service and friendly employee's. Got my smog and registration done in less than 5 minutes. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks.

I have passed this location many times but never really checked it out until I purchased a Groupon for a smog check. The customer service was the best I've experienced in a very long time. The entire process took ten minutes max start to finish. I was treated like their favorite customer and told them I would be coming back every year and send all my friends over. This reaffirms my hope in good customer service. read more

My experience today was excellent. The manager who had performed the smog was very nice and professional. The price is competitive and the wait time was minimal. And can't go wrong with a free carwash! read more

First visit to them today to get a smog on my car. The guy running it was very nice and very professional will go back here for my other vehicles when they need a smog. Also gave me 5 minute spray car wash for being a customer that was awesome! Thank you for your great customer service and going above and beyond your call of duty today. Will recommend you to all our neighbors and friends and family. read more

This place is horrible. Go somewhere else. The guy working the bay was rude not versed on the laws on VINs. Refused to honor my Groupon and smog the car. Drove to express smog at prater/sparks and got the car smogged and registered for $4 more than the Groupon "special". Small print added another fee to the cost. Called the 800 number for the business so I will see how that goes. Avoid the headache, go somewhere else. read more
