The private parking lot with two entrance and methods to exit were convenient being located on Route 1. Cashier was friendly and efficient. I had to physically go inside the store and insist that they look for my debit card. She told me she absolutely gave it back to me and was going to check the cameras to prove it. Wouldn't you know 30 seconds later she finds the card, that she never looked for in the first place. She handed it to me and says "Ohh honey is this your card?" She never apologized for treating me like a criminal. She was rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and downright indignant. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to this or any other Walgreens. Disgraceful.

These weren't refills, these were new prescriptions which I wanted to get started on. They weren't specialty drugs that might have to be ordered - just regular blood pressure and statin prescriptions. My son called me and I told him to tell them I had a flight out the next morning. They told him they didn't have the prescription. Mind you, I can't go anywhere else at this point since I wasn't given a paper prescription. What has health care turned into today? This particular Walmart sits off the highway, I mean I'm was going 65 mph in the fast lane and up pops this Walmart. Ok, so I visited this Walmart in Massachusetts and it was weird parking underground, luckily it was early am so I was able to park close. Wherever and whenever I park, I'm always looking for camera's and they had plenty. I like that because that's SAFETY, we have to be safe, watch your surroundings or your family members won't have answers--if you catch my drift. Anywho, this Walmart had all my speciality item I get when I'm in Texas, again if you follow me...many States don't have items/brands I'm accustomed to. The store was clean, stock and neat shelves. I found some Spring Rolls which I couldn't find in their local grocery stores. This particular Walmart offered free plastic bags so I didn't have to purchase any, I'm ALWAYS FORGETTING TO BRING MY REUSABLE BAGS----uuuuug! Many lines open for checkout so 5 stars Walmart! I was ready to welcome the delivery with open arms. Then the tracking stopped and it said delivery was "attempted' which is a lie. Also, the tracking said they would leave it at the door. I assume the driver didn't want to travel far to deliver her final item. When I attempted several times to call the store there was never anyone willing to pick up the phone. Horrible experience.
