Had a telehealth appointment that ended a half hour before the pharmacy closed. I immediately drove over there assuming there would be rigamarole getting me into the system as a new customer. I was shocked that in the minutes it took me to drive over, the pharmacist already had my prescription filled and ready to go, plus he had found my insurance in the database, so everything was set. The entire transaction from entering the store to leaving took about 90 seconds, all I had to do was pay. Will definitely return!

I've already transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Garys. Not only were all the workers exceptionally pleasant, every customer was just as nice! I was given great advice from the 'front of house' employee from makeup, to hair brushes, to oils. The other worker doing pharmacy was just as nice! I found eyeliner my mom used to wear from 1999-2005 that I haven't been able to find for years. It was like $4. I've also gone through maybe 20 hair brushes in the past year because they all sucked. The lady recommended a particular brush for my hair type and it's exactly what I've been looking for (and it was only like 14$). Just such good vibes. Old school. I want to go back to just hangout, but I won't because that's weird. Protect this place at all costs!!!

This afternoon, Sabino, one of the two pharmacists, was beginning a search for a cheaper drug, he said he would leave me a message on my phone, and he will. I used to have to wait 25 minutes in line on a regular basis, and sometimes the prescriptions weren't even ready girl even if we got texts saying they were ready. Calling CVS on the phone was an exercise in frustration. Sometimes I used to joke that they should give out something to relax customers since they were stressing them out so much by making them wait. I just want to mention I know they were short staffed, and I have some compassion for that often. Their phones were just rang and rang for 25 minutes. You would be waiting in line and just see that they never answered their phones, so being shortstaffed is one thing, but one of the pharmacist was rude on a regular basis, and made a mistake that caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Versus--The customer service at WCP is night and day compared to CVS. They also do local deliveries on the house. It's a clean well lit place. It's not like a huge Walgreens or CVS. This is a smaller local place that could be your cheers ( in the arena a pharmacies:) Here you'll be welcomed by name. When I had Covid Narik even called me to see how I was! You're not going to get that kind of service at a corporate pharmacy!

I really hope this place succeeds - it might be hard with CVS basically right across the street. You never have to wait in line and service is very fast. Also they have all the essentials- obviously not as much stuff as other pharmacies but they also have unique gifts and toys. It is always a pleasure picking up my scripts from here and I certainly cannot say the same about CVS or Walgreens! I have been encouraging people to transfer their prescriptions over to Brighton Pharmacy from the big chain pharmacies. You won't regret it, promise!
