I saw…read moreLinda Fallon once a year for my annual and last year I saw Kim Angelini who I believe was new at the time. I have nothing bad to say about either of them. Friendly, caring, listening to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. My annual for this year was scheduled at my last appointment last year, as I do every year. I always make sure to take the day off from work. The DAY BEFORE my appointment this year at 4pm I received a voicemail that was a brief recording saying my appointment has been canceled because the NP was out on leave. (totally understandable BUT TO WAIT UNTIL 4pm ON THE DAY BEFORE MY APPT... UNACCEPTABLE.) I was left completely hanging. I had already made arrangements to take the day off from work and have my kids picked up from school by a relative to make this appt. Whats even more disappointing and frankly bad business is that I NEVER received a call from the staff to reschedule my appointment either. I'm very disappointed as I did like the NP's but will probably not be returning to this office.

Sometimes, I don't even have to bring daughter in to be seen - although they almost always recommend it. They have a patient portal, which I love because I can use it for appointments, questions, records, reminders, etc. My daughter's pediatrician is Dr Epstein; Nancy PNP is phenomenal; we love her! Overall, everyone has been exceptional. Except for their lactation consultant, she was rude, dismissive, and too rough on my newborn. She's the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

When I was a patient of his from the age of an infant to about 10 years old, he had be my practitioner. My mother year after year voiced sever concern for my anxiety attacks and other episodes. Year after year, he kept writing of off as "terrible 2s", or "terrible 3s", or "I heard 4 years old is pretty bad!". DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. I am now 32 years old. Dealing with server life anxiety and learning to work through it myself. When my brother started to see him, 8 years later, he had started showing signs of server eating disorder behaviors. Dr. Michael Alan Vogler called my mother a "crazy Italian mother", and never showed a sign of concern for her children. This man should be locked up, investigated, and disbarred for his repetitive, unprofessional behavior, and I look forward to the day this man gets his karma. Main take away: beware MOTHERS. Do NOT take your children to see Dr. Michael Alan Vogler. Karma is real. Get a second option.

If you're that miserable that you need to be rude to patients, consider getting a new job! I wouldn't say this practice is terrible, they can get you in quickly for sick visits and not all the staff and doctors are bad! They have a "sick" side in the waiting area which doesn't make a lot of sense since you have to walk through it to get to the well side. Only one entrance/exit. That always made me scratch my head. If you're desperate for a pediatrician, sure go here. I wouldn't make it my child's permanent health care provider that's for sure!

Their hours are good & are even available on weekends! They also have cold beverages behind the front desk. Sometimes we have had to wait longer, but it beats an ER. After the nastiness, I signed myself out, went down to the vending machines to eat and then drove myself home. I did report this to the hospital and was told I would be sent a form.
