Year after year, he kept writing of off as "terrible 2s", or "terrible 3s", or "I heard 4 years old is pretty bad!". DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. I am now 32 years old. Dealing with server life anxiety and learning to work through it myself. When my brother started to see him, 8 years later, he had started showing signs of server eating disorder behaviors. Dr. Michael Alan Vogler called my mother a "crazy Italian mother", and never showed a sign of concern for her children. This man should be locked up, investigated, and disbarred for his repetitive, unprofessional behavior, and I look forward to the day this man gets his karma. Main take away: beware MOTHERS. Do NOT take your children to see Dr. Michael Alan Vogler. Karma is real. Get a second option.

I got to the appointment and they didn't have the information even though I spent 20 minutes on the phone days before giving them the information. They told me they didn't have any record of my phone call with the office and I felt very gaslighted. They proceeded to make phone calls or look on different date bases to see if they could find the insurance information while I called the insurance to get the new number. I over heard a front desk person ask another front desk person to look under mass health. I then said I knew it wasn't mass health because it was insurance through my place of work. They looked at each other and disregarded what I had said and one of the women said "look under mass health anyways". I am a Latina woman so you can understand how that made me feel disrespected. Not only because I wasn't heard but also because I was stereotyped and even if I was on mass health the interaction would have been enough to make me feel bad about that which is never ok. I have not had an appointment on the time of the appointment for at least 2 years now. They are unorganized and have no understanding or flexibility even though this is a pediatric practice. I am now having to allot 2 hours for appointments to account for the wait time but they will make you pay a $50 fee and won't see your child if you are more than 9 minutes late. Even though I have sat in my car for 25 minutes waiting for them to call me to let me into the building for an appointment. Unrealistic and unprofessional. I will be changing our pediatrician, not because of the doctors or nurses because they have been wonderful but the front desk service is terrible and disrespectful.

The model of having the first two months of my child's care from home was so comforting- it allowed me and my baby to stay in the home and rest and heal after delivery. Meg from Tova health handled all the admin stuff. She made scheduling, paperwork, and setting-up the patient portal super simple. When it was time to transition beyond the first two months of care, Dr. Z and Meg helped us find the best pediatrician and make sure they had all our records. Awesome experience! We thought that the pediatrician from Everett MGH was great but the wait time is unbelievably ridiculous. When I went back to work, it's just something that we couldn't easily add to our family with a new baby schedule. We switched to Dr. Feldman and it has been an excellent experience so far. He offers a free first visit, see if he's a good fit for your child. He keeps his appointment times on point which means no dilly dallying but also means he keeps all appointments on time! We appreciate the brevity in going over any health concerns for our baby. He gets to them on point and we leave the clinic satisfied with the service. There is also free parking provided which is always an awesome bonus.
