    Last weekend, Green Planet Offered us a coupon for return customers via text. We scheduled an appointment for next saturday 3-4pm and received an automated confirmation shortly after. A few days later (Wednesday, 3 days before our appointment) we received a text that explained our appointment was canceled and had a link to reschedule. We rescheduled via the link provided and got another appointment confirmation back. We responded to that confirmation txt, "asking why our original appointment was canceled. They replied with an apology and that it was a system glitch. On Saturday one of their techs comes to our house. We werent expecting anyone, so we haven't made the preperations yet on moving furniture and toys off of the ground. We told him the situation and he explained he didnt update his list of clients for the week and we were on the list for the day. We parted ways and told him we will see you tomorrow. Today is now Sunday, the appointment is a 9:30am. All of the furniture and moveable items are either on the bed or in the kitchen. At 9:45am, we get a call from Green Planet with another apology, not for being late, but to tell us we have to reschedule. They told us someone had to go to the hospital. Accidents happen and it sucks, we get it, but we told them we were not satisfied with the service thus far and that we had scheduling issues with them already. No offer or discount for our troubles was made to keep our service, so we told them we are moving on to a more competent business. Could it be an honest mistake? Yes. Are the techs good at cleaning? Last year they did great. Would we deal with them again? No. Would we reccomend them? Not from how we were treated. Did this really happen? We have the screen shots to prove it. Blurred out the mobile number, not a fan of people harassing someone (Green Planet) over my review. That would be bullying. Goodluck on fixing the glitches, but for me I'm done. Already found a guy to squeeze us in today.

    I've used Green Planet multiple times for carpet, and tile cleaning. The staff is always polite, and on time. Their prices are really good. They always have specials on FB. Thank you Ron once again for a wonderful job on our carpet!

    This company purchased $3,404.05 of our microfiber products and never paid their bill. Paul Greer is a scammer. Do NOT trust this company.

    I want to clarify a few points in response to the owner's reply…read more The issue was not "pickiness." Visible lines/stains appeared after the cleaning. When the couch fully dried and the marks became clear, I reached out the next morning and asked if he could come back to take a look so we could figure out a solution. Those text messages are included in the photos posted with this review. He declined my request to return and assess the issue. The emphasis on "3 months later" does not change the issue. Because the service was paid through Cash App, I had to explore a dispute through my bank. I was advised the dispute will take 60 days or longer, which it did, and that I should also continue attempting to resolve the matter directly with the business. I did exactly that, but the owner declined to come take a look or consider the partial refund I suggested. The response also continues to reference a small spot I treated beforehand, which is unrelated to the marks shown in the photos. It's also worth noting that the couch was never re-evaluated by the owner after it had fully dried, which is when the marks became visible and why I asked him to return and see the issue in person, but he declined. Throughout this process I have focused on the service itself. The responses instead focus on labeling the customer as "picky," a "bully," or suggesting the need to "be selective with customers," rather than addressing & helping the issue. Which is a concerning business interaction as most customers, like myself, found him through Yelp. At this point I'm not interested in continuing a back-and-forth here. If the owner would like to revisit the issue and work toward a resolution, I'm open to that. Otherwise, I'll let the photos, texts, and documented communication speak for themselves.

I used Yelp's request a quote and was instantly connected with the company. After some questions about the size and style of the rug, I was give a quote of $125, done! I dropped off the 10' x 8' rug for cleaning and three days later it was ready for pickup. The rug was back to life. Fluffy, light in color, and smelled clean! Sterling Carpet Cleaning offered great customer service along with fast cleaning services! I will be using them to clean my couch as they also offer upholstery cleaning services as well!

I received it and asked if they could come today. Owner was firm on price and I went ahead and booked. My review : I would not recommend or support this company given his behavior and poor phone etiquette. He squeezed me into the schedule and pressured his workers to rush so they could get to the next appointment. The owner then rudely called me, raising his voice and insisting his workers were waiting for me to move furniture even though it had already been moved. Instead of handling the situation professionally and moving on with the job, he continued to argue. I ultimately told them to just leave and I'd pay for the one room that was done (instead of the two I had booked) and that I'd pay for that. The owner instructed them not to charge me as they were leaving but I am still posting this review because no customer should be treated this way.
