We now have black tire marks worse than before. In addition, the sealant is extremely slippery. My neighbor slipped on our sidewalk! Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again.He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. Even when they do show up, several panels are often missed, and I have to bring them to their attention. In addition, they have broken several roof tiles in the past and had to replace them. The people performing the actual cleaning are usually young adults (kids, in my book) who seem to lack basic customer service skills when I communicate what needs to be done. Today, when I called to ask whether they were still coming for my scheduled cleaning, the customer service representative asked, "Did you receive an email confirming that we were actually coming? All appointments are scheduled as tentative." That's not how appointments are supposed to work. If you schedule an appointment, you show up. If you can't make it, you notify the customer. According to their system, customers are apparently expected to assume the company will not come unless they receive additional confirmation. That approach is completely backward and unacceptable. Needless to say, I will be looking for another company to maintain my solar panels.
