Overall 3.5 . I had a great pedicure here for 30 bucks plus tip but had to knock off a star and a half due to a few issues. Anna was awesome . She took her time and made sure my nails were clean . No bumps on my polish or polish on my skin either . I also didn't like that they use the same nail file and buffer they have used on other clients. Maybe they could purchase small nail files / buffers so that they can toss them each use . I came in around 10am on a Friday. I was not busy at all. I saw nail powder ( or whatever you call it ) on the floor. So I would say they could work a bit more on cleanliness . Despite all that .. I would be back because I've had terrible experiences at other spots.

There very rude when you ask at the time when you're getting you're toes and nails done they change price ' tammy is very rude .... I will never go back .... They look at each other communicate" in there ....

SHOCKING experience and major hygiene concern. While getting my nails done here, I witnessed an employee carry a wild goose into the salon with her bare hands--no gloves, no precautions--and walk it straight through the salon into the back room, after grabbing a large roll of tape. When I asked about it, they casually said they gave it water and let it out the back, which is highly questionable given the salon's location. Regardless, bringing a live, wild animal into a supposedly clean environment where people are receiving beauty services is completely unacceptable. Beyond the OBVIOUS hygiene issue, the way the bird was handled raised serious concerns about its wellbeing. This experience was disturbing, unsanitary, and frankly horrifying. I won't be coming back and I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness or basic compassion.

:( ouch! Used a gift certificate someone gave me. And the nail tech just was to rough. Day #2 and my toes hurt!

Ouch! :( Day #2 and my toes hurt. I've never experienced something like this. The nail tech was to rough.

What I received

My sister in law and I walked in with no one greeting us nor asking us what we'd like to get done until 40 minutes later. The guy with glasses assisted me and I of course showed him an inspo pic. He did not do my nails the way I wanted them but I was content with them. My length was not long and it was just a simple french tip. I got charged $67 with no tip included and in my perspective I think that was just a little too much for what he did. The service from the moment we walked in was not welcoming & I was overcharged for what I asked.

We got there and it was understaffed and super slow. We waited over an hour without acknowledgment . They had no sense of urgency whatsoever. Once the guy got to doing my nails he took forever to complete them. I got the shortest nails in my life and the sizing hand said they were $45. I got charged $75 without a tip included. This is what I get for cheating on my nail tech .

Do not recommend. First time here and our manicure was so rushed and messy. Another client came in while I was getting my manicure so Sean decided to help her after me when he was supposed to do my daughters nails. As you can see her nails are also very sloppy, so much residue on her fingers. 0/0

Omg!!! I want to cry First of all I went and I asked for a quote for I could get my nails fixed he said to fix them it would be $40, Fill included with the same design I had previously had.. they were looking great until we got to the curing the gel polish. (With One coat of paint) They look like they're washed off melted off that's the best description I could give. for $52 I paid and left. First & last time I come here. I really had hopes for Chris..

This is my 2nd time here and they have delivered both times. I've been able to walk in without an appt and the customer service is good.

Five year old

I really wanted to at least like this place because I live so close by. This was my third visit and this time I brought my daughters with me, a teen and five year old. To start off, I made an appointment, came in at the scheduled time and had to wait 25 minutes. Then they seated us in the chairs and filled the water. They were so busy I couldn't get anyone's attention to let them know my water was sooo cold. After another 15 minutes of waiting they finally started setting up to start our services. I almost called my go to salon 30 minutes away to see if they could get us in but today is my birthday and I had a lot of things to get done. This was the result of said nails. On one of my nails I watched her mess up the polish and try to paint over it with a clear coat and it did not fix it. My five year olds nails I honestly could have done a better job but the point is to go to a salon and have them do a better job. Nope. So disappointed. I will never go back and I will tell everyone and their mamas not to go here either. They rushed our services after making us wait almost 40 minutes after our appointment times for a horrible job. So disappointed. Third times the charm eh. Not even a one star

Poor nail design

I was originally excited to try this new nail salon since I live in Wagon Wheel and I could walk there but they do not know what they are doing at all. I am attaching a picture of the job they did with their nail designs... I normally drop a lot of money for my pedicures and because the lady doing my nails didn't do a good job at first another lady came and took over to fix it. The second lady's work was horrible too. By the pictures you can see that the dots at the bottom are spaced different than one another also one toe was more arched while the other toe on the other foot was a straight line. And the work along the edges were just poor. It also took a very long time to even get started... other people walked in and were in a chair being worked on before I was. I sat in a chair with no water just waiting. At most there were 4 people when I arrived and people who worked there standing by without helping me. They finally ran the water and left me there but it was so hot I had to ask them to change it and when they did it was too cold. I won't be going back there again and ill just stick with USA nails where I went before. It really is a shame.

Cut by male technician
Tas L.

The good: Pedicure was nice and relaxing, older female technician was attentive. The bad: The male technician that did my manicure did a terrible job. - he did not soak my nails prior to trimming my cuticles (never experienced that before). He also cut me while trimming my cuticles. - I got a dip manicure on my natural nails- my first time getting dip and will never get dip again. After one week it lifted and now I have to take it off. Waste of my time and money. First and last time going here.

Jenny's work will last up to 4 or more weeks without lifting or breaking (which is a HUGE plus).

Had my first manicure today at Nbk today! I was really excited to try my new neighborhood nail…read moresalon. I saw that it was a second location for an already reputable business. It did not disappoint! Eden did a fabulous job with my cat eye gel manicure, and repair on one of my broken, natural, nails! She helped me pick out a good holiday color, and it was spot on! Everyone there was friendly and personable. Looking forward to coming back!

I requested an appointment for a manicure and pedicure but specified on the phone that I wanted Kim…read moreto do my manicure (I really liked pictures of nails she had done and wanted chrome gel for the first time and was really excited). I was asked if anyone could do my pedicure and I told them I didn't mind another doing that service. When I got there for my appointment, they asked made sure I could have anyone do both services and I said that I had scheduled the manicure with Kim and pedicure with whoever was free. They said okay and had me start with the pedicure. The woman was nice and I was happy with the service. When it came time for my gel manicure, the same woman (not Kim) started doing my nails and I told her twice that I scheduled with Kim and she just said okay both times (I think there was a language barrier with her). I basically gave up on the fact that I wouldn't have my manicure done by Kim. The woman that did my nails had to call over someone else to fix the shaping of my nails at one point (I wanted almond and the tip was heavily to the left on a couple of nails). The salon looks nice inside, seems clean, and I think I would have been really happy had I had the service with who I asked for. My manicure is fine (some bumps and some overlap on my cuticles). I think if you are just looking for an everyday manicure or pedicure, you'll likely be happy here.

I spent $76 before a tip for the WORST pedicure experience I've had in my life…read more I gave 2 stars - 1 for good shaping and the other because they were able to fit both me and my friend in without appointments. We hadn't planned to go after work on a Friday so getting last minute service for us was impressive. HOWEVER, it should've been a clue that at 5:45 on a Friday there were plenty of open spots and had more employees there than customers. I don't know if I was just unlucky and grabbed the short straw or what, but I either got "the new guy" along with a reluctant-to-do-pedicures person, or I got the guy who's been there forever and had just never done airbrush/ombré before, coupled with a lady that hates feet. My friend was done in 1/2 the time, no joke, and I watched her get a wonderful pedicure/foot massage while I had a crappy pedicure that was not relaxing at all. From the scolding hot water to the practically cold stoves she literally just stuck under my feet (that's it, literally no movement). In all fairness , at least my pedicure didn't include the super gross removal of the sink stopper/circular grate thing while my feet were still in the bowl. It was nasty and rusty and she dragged it through the water and held it above the water to drip off (her feet still in) . The warm towel wrap on my calves smelled sour, like when you forget to take the clothes out of the washing machine and days later put them in the dryer. We both also got a new set of acrylics at the same time as the pedicure and literally I got cut by the nail file while he was shaping the nail. I showed him where I was bleeding, he place a torn cotton pad with some sort of antiseptic (I hope it was?) on my bleeding finger and continued to file in the same spot. I continued to say "that hurts" and "ouch" and when my hand would start to shift he'd aggressively move it back. I've never had someone snap my hand like that - ever. I asked for what he said was "medium" length and showed him a picture of the length and he definitely gave me shorter nails than I wanted. The color/design isn't what I asked for or showed them a picture of either. The airbrush equipment had to be pulled out of deep storage in the back and it kept spraying outward so it just looks like my nails are a little "off" but a solid color. The airbrush was definitely in the air because it spit onto my sleeve by my wrist. Ruined white shirt....cool... Bottom line - NEVER again!
