Quick response, great service. The "tech" came out and seemed very knowledgeable. He gave me some good advice and helped to calm my concerns. He was very polite and courteous. My dog loved him so that's a plus! We don't have a huge problem, but I wanted to make sure we nip it in the bud. I signed up for the bi-monthly service. Seems over the top reasonable especially since it will give me some peace of mind. I highly recommend them. read more

Took a chance on this unknown company and I don't regret it. That's always a stress point when searching for new services. I was a little hesitant since their number of reviews were low but I'll happily add mine for others to see. I called them up and he was able to send someone the same day. The tech came out and reviewed all the information we had previously agreed upon and answered any questions. He was very thorough inside and outside, wore his mask and respected our space. I was given the options to pay in person or to invoiced. I really like how seamless it all was. I recommend read more

Our technician James was prompt, courteous and professional!

Love their monthly services for our restaurant. They are friendly, fast and affordable. Recommend!

We love these guys! They have taken great care of us for years. No bug problems. If we have ever had any sort of concern, they are right on it. My husband got talked into switching to another company for a short time and they sprayed something that killed our lawn after claiming it would be safe. Talked with Green Magic and they actually bought back our business by buying back our contract. We won't make the mistake of switching again. read more

After looking around for a pest control company to hire bi-monthly, we went with Green Magic Pest Control. Moving into a our new home we found lots of unwanted pest due to no prior pest management from the previous owners. Green Magic were very quick and helpful setting up the first service and came out later that day. The gentleman explained everything that we should expect, was friendly and respectful, and gave us the chance to voice any concerns. We are two months in and so far so good. Very fair price and even have the option to come out in between appointments if we see more pests than usual (which fortunately hasn't happened). Great company! read more

Very efficient and thorough, I highly recommend Green Magic! They are responsive and do a great job.

I received an immediate response to a quote. They were friendly and very communicative. They scheduled me quickly (service was performed only a few days after first contact!) and arrived within the given window. As far as effectiveness, they sprayed for German roaches (evil beasts) and within just a few hours, I was cleaning up a ton of dead roaches. I was given clear directions on what to do in between treatments (I will have a total of 4 within 4 months). Overall, very happy with Green Pest. I'm relieved to be in the path to being pest free! read more

The team at Green Magic is super easy to get a hold off. I've worked with them in different capacities. Scheduled maintenance treatments, one time treatments, getting rid of urgent pest situations and they've always been great and charge a fair price. Last incident was a wasp nest and they even made recommendations on how to do the treatment myself as it was a harmless kind so that I could save the money. Amazing company, highly recommend them. read more

I had to find a new company after my old company did not show up for the scheduled service (and a few other issues I had with them). Green Magic gave me a discounted rate for the initial treatment, explained all the details and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this company! When starting service on our newly purchased home, I had called several companies and this one had the best deal and weren't pushy to sign a contract. All of the technicians that have come are very polite and respectful, even attempting to speak with my husband is his language. They are very thorough at cleaning spiderwebs and applying treatment while also being very clean about it. They've said that they can come in between treatments but we've never had a need for that. We're very satisfied with their service! read more

Back in March, I started researching pest control services in the Gilbert area where we purchased a vacation home. After speaking with a few vendors, I chose Green Magic. I liked the fact that it seemed less "corporate", aer nd the service was slightly less expensive than others for seemingly the same protection. We've had two services and just called for an interim service. The technician always arrive within the 60-minute timeframe quoted, and we get a great summary when he knocks on the door about what he would focus on. He also makes sure that he asks about trouble spots and take those into consideration as he performs the service. What also impressed me was the request for interim service. After the recent sand storm, we're noticing swarms fo critters, and we called for interim service on Sunday. 8:30AM on Monday I get a text with clarifying questions. After I answered them, I get another text confirming appointment for the next day. After service, I get an email summarizing services rendered, list of products used and how much with dilution %. Can't be happier with the thoroughness. read more

I had a bee hive form during late fall and they were not bothersome until this past month. I needed to get rid of the bees because the tree they built a home in died. I needed to cut down the dead tree. Matt was quick to respond and gave me a competitive price and a very good guarantee that the bees will be gone. He sent over Jordan to treat the bees that week. Jordan was very nice, very informative and really took his time with the job. Jordan and Matt advised me if the bees do come back they guarantee their work and they will come back and treat the area. I would highly recommend these guys! read more
