These sales rep came door to door, and having bought a brand new home in a neighborhood that is still being developed, we decided to sign up with blue cactus. The rep filled out all paperwork there outside my door on a tablet and had scheduled my first spray. Now months went by, we hadn't seen them, yet I was billed each month...They never came. The rep filled out the paperwork wrong. I ended up paying for pest control for someone else's property. Now when time came around for a second spray, this was the first time I received anything from blue cactus: a text message notifying me of my next visit... this is where they finally included the address and of course when I saw it was wrong. I called and they told me that I wouldn't be charged for this service because it would be my initial.. and of course yes, they charged me again, going against what was promised to me. When the tech finally came out, I talked to him and told him to come back and notify me when he's done with the front, so I can put my 3 very large dogs up before going into the backyard. He agreed, then ignored my request, I ran out back trying to get my dogs away from the trespasser. Now they were only doing their job as good guard dogs.. but I'm not a large woman and my smallest dog is a 100lb German shepherd, my largest a 140 male, and one inbetween the two at 120lbs. The rep apologized and tried to joke it away, but this ticked me off, after our initial conversation I thought he understood. This was the one and only time they came out. I was billed for months after that, even after calling to speak to management and cancel my contract. But no. After all the BS and them making countless mistakes they still charged me a cancellation fee and belittled me because of their mistakes, saying that it was my fault. Not only were they rude, they lied and stole from my family. If I could give this company zero stars, I sure would. Save your money and take your business somewhere else, don't give it to these crooks. read more

Stay very far from this company. I mean very far far!! They come once every 3 months but charges you monthly. Then when you cancel, they bill you for 3 more months with no services performed but only 1 time. I've paid 2 monthly service fees for 1 visit. The visit was less than 20 mins where they sprayed the edge of my house. Now they send to collections as I refuse to pay them for ZERO SERVICE! This company is far beyond crooked. Needless to say BBB is hearing about this. For $20 you can perform what they do for multiple months. Great service when they are on site, and Jarius is awesome but the overall company is horrible. I tried to cancel my services since February of this year. I would call and get stuck in a loop of "press one if you are an existing customer, or press two if you are new customer". I would press one, and it would repeat endlessly. Bear in mind, this is after being on a hold for 15+ minutes. I sent contact us forms online, and I would hear anything back. They called back after I found their support email, and I requested a refund as I have not had a service since January of this year. They called at 6:37 in the morning, and left a message and then called again at 2:30. Upon speaking with a representative, they said they don't give refunds and you have to request cancellation in writing 30 days in advance. So I paid $50.00 a month for 4 months because they wouldn't respond, and now they are saying tough luck. There are so many other pest control people, definitely find another one. read more

Jairus called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was very thorough and checked in to see if there was anything additional we may need. They are a small company charging more than the big named companies like Orkin or Action. $50 paid every month for them to come every other month! They will have a rep come to your door and LIE saying that it's not a contact but it really is and try to charge you over $200 to get out of the contract.
