After he completed his inspection, he called me and walked me through his report. There were no issues, but he noticed the soil was too high next to the foundation-- this was also identified by the home inspector and subsequently fixed. He also advised me that VA loans require a paid invoice of the inspection along with the report, saving me some trouble on the loan application. He was courteous, professional, and extremely thorough. I highly recommend him for any pest/WDI inspection needs!
