We've used GF twice now. Once was a very small job that was diagnosed and treated right at the time for a very reasonable price. The other was a bigger job - treating and repair of some termite damage. They completed the treatment, replaced some wood, painted, and cleaned up so you'd never know they were there. After the initial consultation and fumigation, we saw a dramatic decrease in ants and as an added benefit, we also a decrease in spiders and pincher bugs. Green Flash inspected my home and adjoining granny flat for termites on 9/9/2021. It is now twelve days later and we are still waiting for a termite report. Also, only the exterior of the granny flat was inspected with no finding of termite activity - only some dry rot on the patio cover. Cody was awesome!! I am a Realtor selling a fixer upper in Vista and needed a bee hive gone ASAP, so no one is hurt while touring the home but also so there isn't any delay going on the market. He was super quick to come out, the day after I called for help, and had the work done the following business day. He explained my options and helped me choose the best treatment that would resolve the issue and leave the least damage to the home, because it was inside a wall. He also taught me a bit about bees to use in my work, including the fact that the hive puts off heat and you can feel it inside the wall. that was so interesting and also very helpful!
