The reviews for this company were already mixed, but I expected a proper deep clean for the price. The information and reviews were confusing, and now I understand why. The cleaner also asked me to request more service hours, which doesn't make sense -- I shouldn't have to pay extra for tasks that should already be included in a deep cleaning package. They did clean the floors, but they didn't touch the blinds, and they didn't have the right tools to reach or wipe higher cabinet doors.
