His prices were fair and he answered all of my questions. I love how honest he is and how he called me to provide updates. He didn't have a part in store for my oil change and called me to provide me with the option to go elsewhere or wait until he could get a new part. I decided to wait because I trusted him. I had a service B performed on my Mercedes and asked that he also check my entire car to see if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. He later called me, found that my rear breaks were worn and provided me with a quote of the cost and I asked if he could replace them. On the day I picked up my car, Jerry was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and even helped me replace my car license plates and put on my registration sticker. I highly recommend him if you're trying to find a diligent, honest and patient mechanic. I will continue to bring my car back to him and recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks so much for everything Jerry!

I have to leave my car for the 3rd time which is a grave inconvenience as I don't have another car to drive. They usually don't have it done that day, and the repair pushes to the next day. I drive my car for a living and can't go without my car sooo many times for the same problem!! Then I had them replace the breaking light bar as it stopped working. After pulling my car apart to do this, it was never put back the way it was. Panels not connected in the trunk and in the back seat!! It's unfortunate as this garage is close to me so I can walk back home after leaving the car up-teem many times, but to the point of being ridiculous!! I do not recommend this garage!!

In my experience, the owner was argumentative, disrespectful, and completely unwilling to have a professional conversation with a customer. Instead of listening to concerns or trying to resolve an issue, he chose to argue with the customer and talk down to them. A business owner should understand that customers aren't doing you a favor by spending their money with you--you are providing a service that they are paying for. Treating paying customers like they're beneath you is a terrible way to run a business. Between the poor customer service, excessive charges, and the attitude from the owner, I can't understand how anyone would willingly bring their vehicle here. The way this business operates says a lot about the person running it. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. There are plenty of repair shops where you can spend your money and at least be treated with basic respect.

When Frank called me regarding the power steering problem, I simply tried explaining that my garage floor where the vehicle is parked showed no signs of leakage, and that the steering was fine driving it there and asked what the fluid reservoir level looked like. Frank became belligerent and argumentative. I returned, paid the $10 service fee and picked up my vehicle, they had taken the sticker of course. Next morning Tuesday I went to their shop and waited for the tire delivery, nothing. I waited all afternoon and Bob the owner got on the phone and so did Brian his mechanic. They made a few calls to their tire distributor and asked where my tires were. They were told a few stories. Bottom line, no tires. So I came home at 5 O'clock hoping that the tires would be delivered that evening and I could get them Wednesday morning. I went there there Wednesday morning after another day off,no tires. I was forced to go elsewhere for tires. My boss was getting annoyed. I was pleased with Bob and his mechanic how they stayed on the distributor, calling him, asking what the problem was with delivery. And Bob said he's had problems before.
