As with its other restaurants, menu items are reliably very good. The burger is exceptionally good; the pizzas have a great, thin crust with quality ingredients; the salads are fresh and filling. My favorite salad is the Market Chop, which I like to order with chicken. The Fish Taco has a generous portion of fish served hot and crispy. A good wine and beer selection, Great White is a great open space for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. read more

The food was terrific. I got the tremendous burger and it comes with fries and it is so filling and juicy and smashed with cheese and a perfectly cooked bun. My mouth is watering typing this!!! With the heat wave, they have ac inside which is nice and the windows are large which adds a lot of light into the restaurant which I really appreciate. It's clearly a very popular place with how many people they fit into the building! The service however, was not top tier, our waiter was not very friendly and we seemed pushed to the side through our experience. He looked inconvenienced to be there which made us feel like we were bothering him if we wanted to add anything or order more. Overall, the food and environment is great, busy and lively but the service was lacking this time. Hopefully next time we come it will be a little different! read more

Got seated right away, but waited way too long for the table server. We used to love great white, and tried all locations. But recent experiences being disappointing. It was 3pm today, not busy at all. the quality of food and the services really need to keep up. Even a simple chocolate milk we ordered for kids came with the coco powder on the ice instead of mixed in the drink. Shrimp pasta was too spicy. And the restaurant app is a joke... Another location encouraged us to download the app and collect points, but this location just told us that all the great white restaurants stopped using the app. read more

I love the Brentwood location, it's gorgeous minimalist aesthetic with amazing lighting is everything. There are great options for breakfast I could not just choose one thing! I ordered their blue smoothie bowl, banana bread and a side of their delicious folded eggs. It definitely was a unique flavor, but it wasn't my favorite. I really liked the Bolognese, but it was like any other Bolognese. I really liked that they had purse hooks though. overall, I'm glad I tried it because I've heard people recommend it, but I'm not sure if I would go back due to the menu. read more

I came in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch because I genuinely enjoy the Shrimp Pasta here. I ordered a margarita, and while it wasn't terrible, it definitely tasted off, there was a strong grape‑juice aftertaste that shouldn't have been there. I let my server know, and she handled it well. What wasn't handled well was the behavior behind the bar. If a PAYING customer asks for a drink to be remade, talking negatively about them within earshot and direct sight is unprofessional and unacceptable. Save the smack‑talk for after you clock out like a normal person. And lastly, please clean your bathrooms. Urine all over the toilet seat is unsanitary and completely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant charging $28+ per plate. I work in food service and environmental services, and all I can say is: do better and be better. Basic respect and basic cleanliness should not be optional. read more

I've been here many times prior (and to other Great White locations), and it is a decent restaurant. However, I was put off by their customer service recently. I stopped in at 9:27pm (they close at 10pm) to order 1 pizza to-go. I was starving, had a busy day and pretty much all the restaurants in the area close at 9pm. I was happy to find that they were open till 10. The hostess turned me away and say they had just closed the kitchen, and would not take any orders. Meanwhile, there were plenty of dishes coming out of the kitchen and they were serving the guests. I thought it was rude and the cut-off time a bit unreasonable, especially for a relatively simple to-go order. Maybe ask the chef if they can take one additional order? I always like to have neighborhood cozy and welcoming restaurants. I guess this is not it - makes sense given how much they are expanding. read more

Came 15 minutes early from our reservation time on Mother's Day and we were seated right away (0 minute wait literally) even though the restaurant was packed! The restaurant was beautiful and very nice for a casual dinner with indoor and outdoor areas. All staffs were very nice. Our waitress came right away explaining the menu and gave us water. I have always loved Great White and this is my first time at their Brentwood location. Everything went great! The host, Gerard, was really kind and was able to seat us right away. Our server, Charlie, was really friendly and checked in on us a lot. The food here is always great. The breakfast burrito and shrimp pasta were standouts for me. The drinks are just okay, a little expensive for what it is, but worth trying once. Cute ambiance in the restaurant and has a few outdoor seating. The banana bread was the perfect consistency and perfect blend of salty sweet. The burrito was tasty and had salsa that paired with it perfectly. Everything included in the breakie was delicious, from the tomatoes to the eggs and goat cheese, they all went together perfectly. We also really enjoyed our margaritas and shaken iced lattes. The only downsides are that they don't take brunch reservations and so we were told the wait would be 35 minutes around noon on a Saturday and it ended up being closer to an hour. Additionally, parking can be a challenge in that area - although there is a lot next door to the restaurant, but it's pricey. read more

I had the breakfast burrito this morning and I won't say anything but the fact that it was life changing. I now appreciate colours smells and tastes more due to this incredible creation. I also ordered halloumi on the side, and the voluptuous and smooth texture was world class. My date (who was fabulous company I must add) ordered the banana bread, and although I was too full to try that the wafting smell of freshly baked banana was sensational to my nose buds. The only negative was chai latte wasn't brilliant. The staff were very friendly and also looked very clean and trendy so respect. I, however, do fear I will never reach the peak of scranning that first bite of the burrito ever again, and the future looks bleak. So I will have to come here everyday for the significant future. Brentwood location: The ambiance is incredible. So warm, cozy, romantic, upscale. Mix of sofas and tables in the old AOC location k believe. Service was kind and attentive. Food to me was average - shared margarita pizza for the table, most people got bowls, and I got red snapper tacos that to me had a fishy smell and inedible (it really has to be something for me to not finish my plate at a restaurant).
