Relocating to Cooper City at the end of 2020 forced me to find new restaurants to patron as we are now quite a distance from many of my favorites. The hardest one to find so far has been a decent Chinese Takeout place. That is, until I came across the Great Wall. My search is now over. I have been ordering from them for a few months now and have only been disappointed once-and that was my fault. I should have known better than to order a Thai dish from a Chinese Restaurant. Everything that is typically found on a Chinese Takeout Menu that we have tried from this place has been delicious. I cannot recommend them more if you are in the Cooper City area. read more

The wonton meat was a bit different in flavor and consistency the the norm. Overall it was okay. Hot & Sour Soup: A-okay Steamed Dumplings: Had the exact same filling as the wonton soup. Just okay. Chicken Fried Rice: not my favorite, but none-the-less okay Brown Rice: A-okay Mongolian Beef: Overflowing with yellow onions. Not what I was expecting. Where shall I start...?! Let's see, I placed an order actually two orders Via Yelp on yesterday evening at 6pm. By 7:15 I called the establishment to verify the arrival of our dinner and was told by the OWNER that she has not received an orders and if I had placed it online through (I now know is a third party company) EatStreet; that I would not get a delivery because she doesn't use their services any longer. Taking a deep breath I ask if there were a number for this company so that I may contact them?! Her reply was, No and that she were too busy to do this right now. (LOL) I laugh now but I had to pull my iPhone away from my ear and look at it to make sure it were working correctly because I couldn't believe what I had just heard! She then proceeded to hang up in my face. Nice! I then called back and very calmly spoke to her in regards to placing an entire new order with her at that time and I would take care of the other situation thereafter. I also let her know that I were ordering for my children and it is now two hours past the time I originally placed my first order. Despite all my efforts and her attitude regarding the situation I proceeded to give her the CUSTOMER SERVICE 800- number for this company so that she may be counterproductive with her next customers in the event that this happened again. She did not want the number; she kept slamming the phone down on what I would assume was her counter top and start ranting in her native language. Look I get it! Things happen and it turns out that when I spoke with EatStreet it were actually a missed communication of both behalf. What gives me pause is her rudeness even after I tried to help HER help HERSELF. Thirty minutes later after I then placed yet another order with a different restaurant this woman calls me back with a far more worse attitude than before. She seriously had the audacity to ask me "What do you want to order now?!" I'm sorry... Come again?! Even on your worst day this type of behavior is not excusable in no way shape or fashion and if she were that busy to speak with than obviously she is doing well enough that she doesn't need my measly $52.91... #ThanksButNoThanks #BadForBusiness read more

I never write food review but this place is definitely worth the time to share to the public. I travelled to Florida with my family and stopped by this Chinese food place. I ordered chicken broccoli, tofu, mix vegetable and lo mein. It was really delicious and tasty. The service was fast, especially I was hungry, it made me like this place better. The people in here have been friendly and I haven't really had a problem with the food here until yesterday. I've been here a couple of times and have ordered the fried rice which is really tasty and has a good price. However, yesterday, I ordered something other than fried rice and we all got sick. I didn't even eat as much as everyone else and I'm still sick. My mom has been sick all day and nauseous, she is laying in bed now. My sister still feels bad and weak. After yesterday, we will never eat here again in our lives. The food that made us sick was the vegetable chow mein with white rice, egg drop soup (only one person had that), and the honey chicken. $20ish bucks wasted. edit- My mom was really food poisoned and had to fight it off with a fever. If she would have spent another night with a fever, we would have had to send her to the hospital for food poisoning. This place is lucky we didn't have to. My wife brought home a "family" pack of "chicken" lo mein, "chicken" fried rice, crab (krab) rangoon and won ton soup. The won ton soup was OK. There was virtually (and I mean literally) NO recognizable chicken in either "chicken" dish. NONE, just some tiny scraps of "something" that I presume was supposed to be chicken (maybe one spoonful in its entirety) and a whole bunch of noodles or rice with precious few veggies. Extremely disappointed. A true waste of money. Buyer beware. Spend a couple bucks more and go to South China. Mr. Lee generously loads his chicken dishes with plenty of real, savory slices or chunks of chicken and substantially more vegetables. read more

Best Chinese food in Davie! Always super friendly and always on time with delivery. The food is super delicious me and my fiancée love getting their Vegetable Lo Mein and it is never too oily and always flavorful. Their vegetables taste fairly fresh and dont taste frozen. I would recommend them for any take out night of chin6ese food at your home. They are among the freshest tasting and definitely most friendly. The location is small but its mostly meant for take out. I loved the food here! I'm always hesitant trying a new Chinese place because I always get mixed results or just bad results. However the food here was fresh and GOOD quality. I ordered 4 different things and all four were excellent! No gross or nasty meat pieces like you get in some places. I also liked that the food was packaged in bowls with snap on lids instead of the usual paper Chinese take out cartons. Finally the owner was very nice and friendly! I live about 20 minutes away and plan on ordering from here again because I'm sick of peiwei and the typical Chinese places nearby are so-so. read more

I thought I would try out a new Chinese place since they put a flyer on my door. I ordered a dinner combo sweet and sour chicken with mixed soup, shrimp friend rice ($2.50 extra) an egg roll and a soda. It was delivered and I tipped the girl $5 on top of the extra $2 gas fee. Once I got back inside and opened the bag there was no egg roll and no sauce for the chicken. I called her back and she argued with me about the egg roll but finally said she would return with the roll and sauce. I waited another 20 mins for her to return and she said I owed her $1.65 for the egg roll which I refused to pay because I ordered it and was already charged and they screwed up the order. She hung up on me but still brought the roll and sauce. The egg roll was awful! So funky tasting! The mixed soup had two wontons in it and also had a weird taste. The rice was ok. The sweet and sour chicken was pretty good that's why they are getting the one star. However, the sauce seemed watered down. The portions were very small as well. Even my fortune cookie was in crumbles. I threw it away but I bet the fortune read: "You soon will experience bad Chinese!" The best part was the can of Coke! Price, taste and service are above average. First came to this place to get food about 6 or 7 years ago, which the old management. The food was horrible, and the place is dirty. Then i stop coming here since. Till about a year ago i gave this place a try again (because is close to me and i was very hubgry that day) turn out they were under new management. I had a mix vegetables and a special fried rice (with write rice) surprisingly they didnt use any MSG. I'm Chinese myself and i have fair share amount of time spent woking in restaurants business, and had try many different places along the years. my MSG sensor is on tip top shape. The vegetables was fresh and i could tell they use hight flame to stir fried their dishes because it give a distinctive taste, most of the places just use fair amount of msg to give the taste. And the fried rice is fresh. They cut the chicken in little strip, and i asked for no pork so they gave me more chicken and shrimp for compensation. The rice is not too salty nor too plain, it take skill to make fried rice with write rice instead of yellow rice. I could say im a picky eater once it come to taste and the texture of my food. The veggies are crispy and crunchy, the write sauce is just right not too salty and not to plain as well. After the first try i gave another shot and this time i got myself the singapore noodle, most of the place make then too dry in my opinion, so i told the lady i dont want it to be dry, and when the dish arrive at my door is nothing but awesomeness, it have fair amount of curry to give the taste yet is not overkill with curry. And they pack the container with meet and noodle. Another thing about this place they learn their customer, if they know you they will tailor their food to your liking. Which you could find elsewhere but is rare. Well at least i dont know any place around 33324 that will give the service they provide. This place might have some bad review from before. But this new management is definitely hit the spot of above average. My favor dishes are veggie with beef, singapore noodle, chicken or beef on a stick, and their special fried rice cook with write rice. read more
