Only get to come here when I have a bowling match but that's probably a good thing. The food is phenomenal. Service isn't a strength but it doesn't have to be. You know the place is legit as soon as you walk in by the people that ignore you while they are scarfing down their dumplings So simple but the flavors smack you in the face. Could easily eat 14 of the steamed pork

In my opinion Dumpling King has the best dumplings I ever had. Plump. Fresh. Stuffed. All made from scratch. You can watch the ladies making these dumplings through a window inside. This time I had th dried vegetable and pork dumplings. Simply the best. They raised their prices by $2 but still holds great value. Then I had seafood udon noodle soup served in a large bowl. It only cost $12.99 while other Chinese restaurants would charge $21. What great value. I went to the Pembroke Pines location on Unuversity. This is a must try.

Wow if you like dumplings this is your place. The Resturant is simple but clean. You order at the counter. They were so nice and helpful when ordering. We were a party of five and ordered many dishes. The meals are delivered to you on a cart. Lunch special was a rice with chicken, cashews and apple. Delicious!! Serval different types of soup dumplings, fried and bowled dumplings as well. Also ordered a meat egg roll which was crispy. All were cooked to perfection and very tasty. Two of us had boba drinks a mango and peach which were also very favorable. The tapioca Boba was a little hard though. Looking forward to returning.

I have been here a few times and finally got the chance to try the fried chicken wings. They have a hint of curry and are absolutely scrumptious. I adore the soup dumplings; they never disappoint. We also got an order of pork pak choy dumplings and had to take some home. We always order too much for two people because we see so much that we want to eat. We never tip at the register when tallying our food demands one. We leave a tip on the table after service is received. And tonight it was exceptional service, especially with a manager who walked around and checked to make sure diners were pleased.

We visited on a Saturday early evening. The service was quick and staff were friendly. The Shanghai Soup dumplings were the best item we ordered, but we also tried the Braised Chicken , Beef Noodle Soup and Spicy Beef. Overall, a good place to satisfy a dumpling craving at reasonable prices. They also offer various bubble teas, which were pretty good.

One of our fav "I don't feel like cooking dinner" spots. The food is sooooo good! Takes a while to come out, but worth the wait. My boys love the shrimp dumplings and the Boba! It's a small place, but big on flavor and service!

Really great all around. The dumplings were amazing. The service was fast. I really loved the chicken wings. They were super crispy and delicious. As were the shrimp dumplings. The scallion pancakes were packed with flavor. The seafood soup was good but not my personal favorite.

First time eating at this restaurant, Food was very good service could use improvement from ordering to interacting with the customers overall. Vibe is fast paced and loud. I will return as the food is yummy and interesting few more things I want to try.

We love that this location is close to us. We've heard nothing but great things about this place and their service and they were all correct. We got a little too excited ordering but were able to take left overs home to enjoy later on. The food is delicious but filling so order with caution. The location is spacious and has plenty of seating.

Tasty and fast. Order at the counter and they bring it out to your table. Enjoyed it all. Buns, soup dumplings and noodles. Had the scallion pancake too - different but good.

Pretty solid meal with little hassle. This is an order at the counter and take a number of kind set up. Food came out as it was ready. Server/bussers kind of linger in the self seated dining area to bring food and assist as needed. My person was very attentive and constantly cleared dishes and trash off the table. We got bubble tea, honey wings and the pork XLB. The tea was alright. Nothing wrong with it but probably would save it for a designated tea place. The wings were surprisingly good. Super sticky and crispy. Definitely not healthy lol. Of note, I had leftovers the next day and they lose all their crisp. the dumplings were good. There is black vinegar but no ginger. I would love to come back to try their other XLB and menu items.

Dumpling king is always a good time. The restaurant itself is always clean and it's nice that you can see them making the dumplings. The beef pan fried dumplings are always my go to. They're super flavorful and are always delicious. I recently tried the sesame cold noodles and they were also good but could use a bit more flavor. The wonton soup and beef noodle soup are also great options. The honey wings are crispy and have a nice honey flavor. The boba is also really good. The service is also pretty good. Definitely a great place to grab lunch.

Very good, though a bit pricey for dumplings. However, I do tend to over order because I want to try different ones.

Stumbled upon this new location by accident. We were headed to Leafy and I saw the Yip signage on…read morethe windows so I was curious. Keep in mind, the actual big sign to this place says "Wong's" but I found out that Yip just opened on 10.08.22 and they are waiting for their official Yip sign. This is a tiny location that accommodates takeout and delivery orders only. There is not seating with tables & chairs. There is one bench out in front you can sit down and eat at but other than that, it's a quick order and go kind of place. We've been to the Yip at 1-800-Lucky in Wynwood and the Yip in Aventura. Super stoked for this new location as it's more local. They had us at YIP and dumplings. The prices are fair and not super crazy for the dim sum options. They also offer Peking Duck, wings, fried rice, lo mein, soups and other options. We were here yesterday when we found out about Yip but went to dinner at Leafy. Today the kids wanted soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings. So guess where we ended up? You already know the answer. Got har gao (shrimp dumplings, pork xiao long Bao (soup dumplings) and cha siu bao bbq pork buns. The soup dumplings were legit but man I have a hard time comparing everyone's soup dumplings to Din Tai Ding's super thin soup dumpling skin. That does it for me. The kids seemed to really enjoy most of the items ordered today, so we have happy kids over here! The shrimp dumpling skin is way too thick. The kids didn't love it as much. They really enjoyed the soup dumplings best and then the bbq pork buns. Want to try other items on menu. Go see Jamie and tell her we sent you. She comes from the 1-800-Lucky location so this is a nice and quiet change of ambiance for her. Ha. In case you didn't know too, Yip is also owned by Gold Marquess in Pembroke Pines, which is our favorite dim sum spot in town. Woohoo! By the way, no cash accepted here so be prepared.

I love the bao buns and had been the only thing I tried from this place until today…read more Today we tried almost all the dim sum options. The Pork and Shrimp Dumplings were ok. My main reason of giving 3 starts is because they packed everything together in 2 boxes including the soy sauces inside the food packages and one of the soy sauces spilled all over the dumplings in the box that had the bao buns, the soy sauce had to be spoiled because it smelled like vinegar. The Bao buns were brown on one side and tasted like an overload of vinegar

Saw some good reviews about this eatery, so I had to try it…read more Went on a Saturday for lunch with a friend. The place is small but was decently packed. They offer dim sum, so we had some roast pork buns as appetizers. The buns had very little filling and the bread was a bit dry, as if the buns had been sitting in the warmer for awhile. (They are displayed in a warmer as you enter the restaurant.) There is no lunch menu on weekends, so we ordered from the regular menu. Prices averaged $17 to $20 per entree with seafood options averaging $23-$25. All meals are served with white rice. There are no options to switch to fried rice, unless you want to order it as an entree. My friend loves orange chicken, so that's what she ordered. Since the eatery is touted for its roast duck and roast pork, I ordered the latter. We shared both. The pork was a bit salty and a tad dry. And it needed more of it's glaze. Though I am not a fan of orange chicken, this was one of the best I have had. It was sweet, but not overly done. And the coating was light and crispy. The portions were large. We both ate and took home leftovers for our husbands. Service was spotty and rushed with only two people taking care of all the tables. I never got a straw for my glass of water, and it took a few requests to get chopsticks. One appetizer, two entrees, tax, and tip was about $57.
