We ordered a pizza crepe, a classique with strawberries/banana/ nutella, and a ham/spinach. They only have one machine so it became evident that they weren't going to come out all at once. The first one made was the classique that my son ordered. He started trying to eat it at the counter while we waited for ours but he was clearly struggling. We decided to switch gears and ask for plates for them. I think using a fork and knife is the way to go. The ham and spinach crepe had two sauces to choose from. I went with the chipotle and it paired well. My daughter's pizza crepe was just a few pepperonis and cheese. It was less filling compared to the the other two. While we ate, the two girls that worked there kind of disappeared. One went out back while the other sat in a nook at the opposite end of the bar. I had been in during the Chocolate Festival when I believe the owners were behind the counter. They were chatty and upbeat, partially what made me return. Today was different. The vibe was off. It didn't really feel like they wanted to be there or they cared that we were. We just tried to eat quickly to get out of there.

We got the sausage abs caramelized onion pizza we really liked this it was a little bit greasy but the flavor was perfect. We also got a white pizza with chicken and broccoli which was very good crispy on the top and bottom. We also tried a slice of cheese pan pizza which reminded me of Slab pizza which is an favorite of ours . It was some type of an aioli that gave the meat a very funky looking pinkish red color. I could not discern what was in the aioli, it was a fairly non distinct mixture. The lobster meat smelled a bit fishy. This wasn't just my impression, but all three of us commented the same thing. This was not enough for me not to eat it, but clearly, it was a bit unusual. We also tried the roasted Brussel Sprouts, they were decent, with another aioli, that equally had no spice kick, or discernible flavor. This was actually our last stop before leaving which means we grabbed dessert here. My wife loves blueberries, her absolute favorite fruit. We both love cheesecake for dessert so when I spotted this truck had blueberry cheesecake Eggrolls we knew we needed it. Despite being our last stop and it being dessert it technically was the first food we settled on getting, so before we were able to try it we had to figure out our dinners. I will say though, we did not try anything but they also had a large amount of dinner offerings too. Including smash burgers, steak and cheese, chicken sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, crab rangoon eggrolls, and more. Those will need to wait til the next time we see this truck but what we saw from others getting it looked good. This was one of the busiest trucks of the entire event at least when we were there so I think that speaks volumes. Friendly service with minimal wait, you did get a beeper so you could check out the other trucks which is a plus. The worker/likely owner also mentioned how good the pizza food truck is that I grabbed a pizza from. Nice to hear the support from one food truck for another! They also appear to from name and website to do catering for weddings and events as well as offer mobile bar service for events too. Lastly onto what we tried, the blueberry cheesecake eggrolls. They were like fried dough eggrolls of blueberry goodness. Plenty of cream cheese filling and blueberries that were the perfect dessert to end our meal! The prices are just right. They have a broad availability of items, from single tacos to full blown meals (bibimbap, omgggg). Everything I have tried here has been phenomenal. They have an Instagram page where they post their location and hours, so it is very easy to figure out where they will be on any given day. Their favorite "haunt" is the Eastern Prom, and they're usually there for several hours. I can always count on getting my Korean food fix from them no matter which day it is. And to make it even better, it is amazing. Although Brazilian food is all about meat, they still thought about the vegetarians. They make some amazing grilled veggies plate and to die for grilled cheese. The cheese bread is also so good. My husband does eat meat and he loves it all, chicken, sausage and specially the steak.
