It sounded like a great idea to grab some mac n cheese with tots and some tasty toppings. My wife decided to grab The Pig Belly from them and the taste was extremely good! Lots of bacon and the true highlight was honestly the maple ranch sauce, perfect combination for a sauce. Mac n cheese was creamy and a delicious part of the bowl. While we did enjoy the meal we did think for the price that the bowl was a little on the smaller side for what we expected and related to this felt it was lacking in tots given in the bowl. Despite this I will still give five stars, but I am aware for future visits now. Still would say to give this food truck a try but you may need more than just one bowl to feel full. Service was friendly and food did come out quick. Check them out for some comfort food!

They also operate a small lunch/dinner sometimes brunch truck as well. Two locations usually. They have a smaller menu but don't be fooled. Since the menu is smaller they can focus solely on that menu. Focus they do! It's very very good food and a healthy portion of food as well. From the gouda Mac and cheese with fried onions to the absolutely amazing fried chicken sandwich with Maine maple glaze and everything in between... to die for!! They also have the most amazing red potatoes. They fry them up as "smashed spuds" and they're so so good! I go there sometimes just for those ! Inside Mick's there's a bar and you can grab a drink with your food. I can't say it enough, if you haven't already get down there and try this menu. You will not be sorry!! We were camping in the Cornish area and the truck was set up outside the campground- a cool old vintage camper, painted a battleship gray. We tried a few dishes, the mac and cheese was a huge disappointment- $12 for a takeout dish of dry flavorless mac and cheese. The steak and cheese subs were just ok....haddock chowder was mostly big chunk potatoes.

Absolutely delicious! Gourmet meals a la carte but prepared while you wait. We had a citrus pulled pork with a glaze served with a kale slaw, fried brussel sprouts with a delicious sauce, out-of-this-world dusted fries and bought a pint of their seasoned bone broth for a soup starter. While we waited, we toured the beautiful farm property along a pond and raised garden beds. We could have eaten there at picnic tables, but we took our food home to eat on our screened in porch. It's not often we say the word "amazing" about food, but this food truly was. We will definitely be making this our "go to" place this summer.

As we had started the day off with some pastry, we opted to split a sandwich to cushion the blow of the alcohol we were about to consume. We had no idea it would be *this* delicious. We split a Lola - Roasted Turkey, Sharp Cheddar, Bacon Jam, Pickles, BBQ Chips, and a BBQ Aioli all served up on Golden Grilled Ciabatta Bread. The sandwich was phenomenal - great balance of flavors, fantastic variety of textures, and the perfect bread (it held together excellently but wasn't difficult to bite through which can so often be the case with Ciabatta). Next time we're up in the Portland area, we will *definitely* be checking out where The Muthah Truckah is and GO THERE.

While we ate, the two girls that worked there kind of disappeared. One went out back while the other sat in a nook at the opposite end of the bar.
