Wow, where do I begin. Made a mani & pedi appt in advance just to be waiting. The man who did my pedicure rushed my pedicure, and it maybe took him 10 min tops. He did a horrible job, left pain dripping down my toes and didn't put on the clear coat after which EVERY nail salon does? He was rude the whole time asking me about my manicure and what I wanted and I showed him a picture probably 5 freaking times. I just wanted to relax before my trip but the whole time I was itching to get out. My manicure was very half ass as well, I've never been so disappointed by a nail salon. My mom was getting her nails done as well by a lady who was SO rude. My mom showed her what she wants her nails to look like on her phone and the lady hit the phone out of her hand and said "OK OK OK", then said "have you ever even gotten your nails done?" My mom said, ummm yes? She was mad & bossy cause my moms hand wouldn't sit still the right way for her? She kept talking & complaining to my mom the entire time. Super unprofessional, probably the worst experience. Will never come back and I will continue to make it known that this place was absolutely terrible. Disappointing. Before he quit I only saw Tom who was great. Those left are unfriendly at best. Nancy did my mani pedi today. $42 basic. Took 3 calls on her personal cell phone while I sat and waited. Barely spent 2 mins each on legs and arms massage. Nails look good but felt like goal was to do the minimum necessary. When I left, I walked past 3 techs doing pedis. I went to Great Nails before Covid and always was pleased with the service and the outcome. But, not now! Same person even did my gel manicure. It was a total rush job (22 mins) and it wasn't right...so, added another top coat and allow the light to run the full 45 seconds. One week later all of my nails have no shine and 4 are chipped. I usually don't like to write negative reviews, I walked in store looked decent, I asked the front lady if she had an opening for pedicure and she said yes, in the meantime as I'm waiting I got a call from a client so I'm talking to the client the lady who was going to do my pedicure yelling at me pick your color before you put your foot in the water, literally fighting with me and talking very rudely then I sit in the chair and she start my pedicure she acted as if I had some kind of disease she didn't want to touch my foot and she was very rough, I asked her politely please be gentle, no manners whatsoever! I just got my nails done 3 DAYS ago and one is already broken off!! I would've been less mad but todaysMy job is not strenuous at all and I rarely break nails. Customer service is terrible. Hue (not sure if i spelled correctly) did my nails and I was very displeased. I got a fill and asked for him to shorten my acrylics A BIT, but he left all nails uneven and way more shorter than I asked. Also, while doing my nails he was very rough with the drills and tools which made it hurt- almost to the point it was going to bleed. He kept asking me why I was so sensitive and continued to keep on being rough, although I asked him to be more gentle. My nails also look very unevenly painted. While I was waiting for my nails to be dried, he was sitting around playing with a bottle of acetone, dropped it and broke it. The smell was HORRIBLE I felt like I couldn't breath. It took him a while to clean it up and everyone around me was looking to find why it smelled horrible. No tip and definitely not coming back. read more

Never have I cried while getting my nails done until I came here. My real nail was ripped while trying to take off my previous set. I started bleeding and the pain continued when she was drill filling my nails & kept cutting my skin. When acetone was applied my pain worsened and i continued to cry, evidently, but no remorse from her. I will never go back there again. I don't recommend anyone too as well. read more

I asked for French tip acrylics and what I got was a bumpy mess. There where white flakes in the acrylics. I went back 2 days after to have them fix it but the lady claimed that it was my nail that had the white flakes and she can't fix that. I told her it wasn't because I have had countless acrylic set and I've NEVER seen that on my nail. She needed up just taking off the bumpy get top... leaving the white flakes in my nails... claiming she couldn't fix that. She also told me not to look too closely at my nails because Ill always be unhappy. I pay full price so I can be happy with my nails... if I am paying for a service I expect to be able to look closely to my nails and be happy with them.... this was the most ridiculous, unprofessional, and uncomfortable situation. read more

Because I don't have time to complete it , I've never seen an owner/worker who criticizes and doesn't want to have customers to make money. They look down on customers. They don't have the heart to do nail work. If you don't have ethics, then don't do nail work. They say they only accept customers who do a lot of work. money,. The worst manicure I have ever gotten. I tried to make conversation and she wouldn't even respond to me. It took 30 minutes for a gel manicure. She didn't ask what shape I wanted or if I wanted the same length. Next thing you know she made my nails so short (I have been getting gel to grow them out). She also made them pointed. I then told her I had wanted round like they were. She then tried to fix them. Hard to see in the pictures but each nail is a different length and they are all sharp and not smooth at all. Kristene Kristene Kristene! Tom Tom Tom! They both do such a great job! It was my sister in laws birthday yesterday, so I took her out to get both of our nails done! For a Monday, the customer to employee ratio was a lot higher than usual, but they did an EXCELLENT job! We both rarely get pedicure and manicures so there was alot of work that needed to get done and they did an amazing job bringing our hands and feet back to life! Tom was such a sweet heart and went above and beyond ! Usually, I know many nail salons will try to discretely add additional nail options/designs and charge you at the end, but he didn't and he actually surprised her with some nail details! The best thing about these two is that they're not socially awkward. I'm sure many of us can relate when we get our nails done, many of the technicians either barely speak English, or just have that horrible language barrier. So you just sit and stare at them, hoping they'd do a good job and not charge you for extra things you didn't ask for lol. I can carry a nice conversation and its always nice to come back and pick up where we left off! Prices are great as usual, customer service is awesome and the staff is just so sweet! Wonderful place, I haven't been to many nails salons in town but when my friend took me here I was amazed. The quality of service is wonderful, they didn't mind me taking my time deciding my polish color for my pedicure or the glitter powder for my acrylic set. The man was very gentle with removing my last set of acrylics which was very nice. Usually when I get my set taken off the nail tech at other salons kind of rip them off in a hasty fashion however that was not the case here. He took his time to slowly remove the set and make sure to cut my natural nails as short as I wanted rather than as short as he suggested. I do suggest making an appointment though because they book themselves full everyday but if you have an appointment they really make sure they give you their utmost attention and care. She was as gentle as possible when removing my acrylic- which we all know is never pleasant! She removed them after letting them soak and then did my manicure. I'm a happy camper. She was quick, gentle and did a good job. My hands look very nice and then she painted them for me. I like. I would return to Kristine again. The shop was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. They stayed after hours for 2 hours to do mine and my cousins nails. read more

I have been going here for over 10 years and sadly after today I'm never going back. The last several times I have gone my nails have not come out great but today was the final straw for me. For starters, I had an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half before they started my nails. I asked for a simple almond shape dip manicure and the nail technician made the nails extremely thick and as she was filing them down, the dip powder began coming off in chunks. She then had to rip all the tips off and start completely over and told me I had to pick a different color because the one I chose "wasn't working." I got charged full price after being there for 4 hours and them redoing my nails THREE times. I have attached photos. I'll preface this by saying I had a terrible experience at the other location (on Ynez Road), which is closest to my house. My review of that location is one star - Kay is one of maybe two people at the Ynez location who I would trust to do my nails. If you go to that location, see Kay. That said, I drive the extra distance to go to this location (on Temecula Parkway). Nikki is seriously great. She ALWAYS does an amazing job. She's quick, but doesn't compromise quality for efficiency. I always leave happy! I've been seeing her for years for my manicures, and I regret any manicure I don't get from her because it just isn't as good. Her gels and acrylics are the best!
