The busy store on M59 (Hall Rd.) did not have it in stock or another location in Chesterfield Township. With a quick customer service phone call and a "Please Hold This Item" for Me, I was cruising in route for a 15 minute drive to pick up my "Automatic Wine Opener". Photo attached of course, and I love it since it's sooo easy to use and looks so classic and modern on the counter next to my wine bottles! :-) This Bed Bath & Beyond store is very organized and has many clerks working throughout the store as well for fast check out. The staff are friendly and very helpful when on a mission like Me, "Need for Speed" with shopping. (I can run 6-8 errands in 2 hours.) Like other locations: Bed Bath & Beyond is what the name is. I don't come here often, but when I do, it's usually for something specific. Over the years I've scored some good deals and bought some nice stuff for my place and kitchen. While they are known for their 20% off coupons, I don't always use them for what I'm purchasing. The staff here is reasonably helpful, and the product selection is fabulous. They sell *really* nice stuff, from Simple Human, to fancy coffee makers and tons of linens. While their linen and comforter selection is fabulous, their prices are a bit high for me even though they carry top notch stuff. Do I need a $300 dollar comforter for the cat to puke a hairball on? No, no I don't. I am more of a JC Penny $100 comforter set lady that's machine washable for that reason alone. They have good sales here and have expanded their selection of items to also include makeup, shampoos and other products over the years. I recently did a purchase of a small ticket item and chose to do curbside for pickup. It was ready within an hour and I picked it up later curbside. It was out in 5 minutes! I was impressed. Thank you Bed Bath & Beyond, I appreciate you and will continue shopping here in the future.

So, I quickly googled this place because I didn't want to drive that far to a home depot or whatever. ugh. It really is touch and go in this neighborhood. Some places are flourishing, and others, like this, are not. I mean, look, I respect the small guy, but this store needs to get it together. The place was a hot mess, completely disorganized and looked like a hoarder house. The staff was friendly, but this place is a total hazard. Stuff was strewn about, and aside from the key cutting, I don't know how this place is still open. If they cleaned the store up, I would bump up the stars. Otherwise, go to a big box store or drive a little bit further!

About a week earlier I had made four sets of keys for four different locks, and all worked except one. I tested that key multiple times. He responded rudely, said he wouldn't give cash and that I needed the card used for the purchase (I didn't have it with me), and then made an inappropriate comment about "never making more than 2 keys for a woman again" before walking away.
