This place has 5 star food. It was great. The problem is the price and service. The staff (owners?) were super nice, but service could have been much better. My biggest complaint was we ask for more rice and it never came. It took so long for someone to return to our table that it was time for us to leave. Unfortunately, the prices here are also too high. They really need to be able to come up with a meal that comes with a main dish, rice, naan and a drink for $15. As the menu was written right now that would cost you quite a bit more making this restaurant somewhere that I probably will not return to, at least not on a regular basis. If I could pick up a lunch combo for $15 this may be a go-to weekly lunch spot. read more

The owners were very appreciative of our business and explained their history in the food industry. It truly felt like a family dining experience. The food was great. The flavors and textures were very homely and were definitely home made. My wife was craving daal makhni and says it hit the spot! The lamb roganjosh was also great. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star review was the richness of the Indian dining experience. The ambiance and aesthetic was a tad subpar. Bombay house used to be my go to until I discovered this place. I get the butter chicken every time while my girlfriend gets the chicken coconut korma. Always with garlic naans and samosas. We've also had their gulab jamun once which is really good and not too sweet. Seriously everything here is soooo good. I love this place!!! The lamb was perfectly tender. The mushrooms were yummy. The rice was my favorite. I didn't feel weighed down at all after eating. We had spinach lamb, lamb tikka masala, and a mushroom pea dish. Just so delicious! The dessert was out of this world. We tried the pistachio dessert and I don't know what I expected but it wasn't this. We are so impressed. We even had the privilege of visiting with the owner. He is so kind and talented. This is such a great restaurant! I've been trying Indian food around the area for several years and I come back craving this place. The food is great dining in or taking out. I get two meals out of it including the naan bread. I do recommend ordering the sweet naan as your dessert. It's delicious! Other sweet naan's don't compare to this. The service is wonderful. They are kind and will take care of you very well. The walls got a paint job and it looks beautiful. I like when the music videos play in the background. This place has mediocre food. However, you pay higher price for a cafeteria feel than you do a nice Indian restaurant. School house chairs, plain tables (no booths) very cold and boxes stacked in the doorway with a plastic snowman. (It's Oct). It used to be a grilled cheese restaurant and they still have the painted words on the wall. For $16-18 per entree, and small portions...they should put more money into making it a comfortable place to dine. Not impressed. read more

He made perfect recommendations for our group and the flavors were simply incredible. We are from south Utah County and would make the drive back to Great India anytime. It may be on me for going mild first trip on their food but it was almost flavorless. The chicken wasn't very tender and more felt like an add in than cooked in the sauce.
