With carpet being so expensive, I decided to look for a 3' x 7' remnant for my bathroom. So when I…read moresaw the Pierce Carpet Mill Outlet sign, I stopped in. When we pulled into the empty parking lot, I thought this place was closed. Then my sister pointed out that the neon open sign was lit. So I grabbed my floor and carpet swatches and walked in. Seated behind a desk, was a man on the telephone, who motioned to me to approach. He finished his call and asked how he could help. I showed him my swatches and said that I was looking for 3' x 7' remnant to match them. He looked my carpet swatch, asked how old was this swatch. When I answered it was just a year old, he replied that it was a high-end Karastan carpet and he only sold carpet in 12' widths. I corrected him stating that actually it was Masland, and that I understood him and said other places that I'd stopped by at had remnants of varying widths and lengths. The man stated again that carpet comes in 12' widths, and then added that he didn't mean to be rude but that I had come in with a speciific request and he was telling me that he only had carpet in 12' widths. Finally I answered, "Right, that's fine. And you are rude!" As i turned to leave he called out, "i do have some remnants over here to the right ..." (just I had come in for). Of course I kept on walking while resisting a strong temptation to flip him off. It's no wonder that the parking lot is empty. No or rude service=no customers!

Possibly the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met…read more I'm on a tight budget renovating some apartment units, and I stopped by Bridger Mountain Flooring on a whim while I was out looking for used appliances at Habitat for Humanity. When I told them I planned to install the carpet myself--without really knowing how much work it would be--they went above and beyond. They lent me the tools, took the time to teach me what to do, and have just been incredible throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough--this is THE place to go for flooring. All their products are high quality, but if you're on a budget like I am, they also have sale items that are comparable to (or even cheaper than) Home Depot. Friendly, knowledgeable, and truly generous people-- Definitely check them out!

So disappointed in the customer service from this business. Zero communication from sales…read morerepresentative and/or manager after the install. Condition of our property was left in a seriously dirty state with such a strong cigarette smell left behind by the crew. Floor sanding resulted in excessive dust in every cabinet, appliance, furniture and blind (I expected some dust, not this much!!!). I called numerous times and never got a call back...just snarky emails. The product and actual install were fine, but the customer service after the fact were less than satisfactory....will not use this company again. I finally had a conversation with the company accountant who was pleasant, empathetic and did as much as her role would offer. This was a really poor experience.
