Great Service, great price…read more Jason and his wife do an excellent job of providing great service as well as a very competitive price. We had them clean the carpets in our condo (they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed 4 years ago). It took Jason a couple of hours to clean several rooms and 3 flights of stairs. When her was finished, the carpets looked brand new, AND they were dry enough to put furniture back after about 5 hours. Excellent work ethic and will definitely use them again.

On the day scheduled for cleaning, Ryan came to my house early and was ready to get to work. However, I work night shifts and totally forgot they were coming so I was still asleep. He waited for an hour outside my door and called me multiple times. I couldn't believe he waited! He was so understanding and helpful as I was running around moving furniture still half asleep. He did a great job and was a super nice guy to talk to. Definitely recommend the ladies and gentlemen over at Buffalo restoration.

We never got any relief for that. It all felt dishonest, and just taking advantage of me, and I would never recommend them. But to be fair on the work - they did do good work.
