Great Service, great price…read more Jason and his wife do an excellent job of providing great service as well as a very competitive price. We had them clean the carpets in our condo (they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed 4 years ago). It took Jason a couple of hours to clean several rooms and 3 flights of stairs. When her was finished, the carpets looked brand new, AND they were dry enough to put furniture back after about 5 hours. Excellent work ethic and will definitely use them again.

He was punctual, patient, methodical, and very pleasant to work with all around. If you're looking for a moving company that works hard, takes the time and care to ensure your belongings get from point A to point B safely, and has unmatched expertise, then I would highly recommend BERG Movers! We have some large, bulky furniture and had some very awkward and tight angles to work with in our new home, and Bobby was able to get it done with ease. I don't normally write reviews, but it's always a nice feeling to support a local business - especially when they go above and beyond.

The negatives were that they showed up 1.5 hours late and what should have been a 5.5 hour drive took them at least 10 hours. I got conflicting stories as to why it took them so long. One person told me it was because they got pulled over by DOT and another told me the truck broke down and they had to switch vehicles. Since I didn't want them arriving between 10:30 pm and 11pm they ended up unloading the next day. I was still charged the full amount of $2,300 despite everything and was told it was "flawless".

Called in to Buffalo restoration and they were super efficient at getting me on the schedule. They even called me back when I told them I had to talk to my roommates and forgot to tell them what we wanted done. On the day scheduled for cleaning, Ryan came to my house early and was ready to get to work. However, I work night shifts and totally forgot they were coming so I was still asleep. He waited for an hour outside my door and called me multiple times. I couldn't believe he waited! He was so understanding and helpful as I was running around moving furniture still half asleep. He did a great job and was a super nice guy to talk to. Definitely recommend the ladies and gentlemen over at Buffalo restoration.

This should have been very accurate, but wasn't. The final bill was 3,900!! And they had 2 trucks break down the first night of cleanup and couldn't get it cleaned up properly to start. We never got any relief for that. It all felt dishonest, and just taking advantage of me, and I would never recommend them. But to be fair on the work - they did do good work.
