We had them clean the carpets in our condo (they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed 4 years ago). It took Jason a couple of hours to clean several rooms and 3 flights of stairs. The two companies before Pro carpet cleaners made stuff smell nice, but the stains were still very visible in high traffic areas and almost seemed worse a few months after they were cleaned. Also, their long hose attached to the van leaked a line of chemical across our front lawn killing grass. Bill showed up in a Prius and changed all that. His equipment was smaller and environmentally safe. He spent extra time to get some stains out, explained some of the chemistry behind his methods and was extremely thorough. They even called me back when I told them I had to talk to my roommates and forgot to tell them what we wanted done. On the day scheduled for cleaning, Ryan came to my house early and was ready to get to work. However, I work night shifts and totally forgot they were coming so I was still asleep. He waited for an hour outside my door and called me multiple times. I couldn't believe he waited! He was so understanding and helpful as I was running around moving furniture still half asleep. This should have been very accurate, but wasn't. The final bill was 3,900!! And they had 2 trucks break down the first night of cleanup and couldn't get it cleaned up properly to start. Also, BMS reduced their workers insurance coverage and no longer moves any items to clean under like the original owners did. I was incredibly disappointed to learn it wasn't managed by Dave and his wife any longer. The level of professionalism and customer service is nothing like they provided in the past. And the new owners aren't forthright in telling you it's under new management. It's "oh, the system has been upgraded, let's get your information put back in" when you call to schedule as a repeat customer of Dave's. And, be sure, if you do use them, to pay at the time of service or you get some money desperate jacked up legal team in NJ threatening you with passive aggressive commentary in group messages within a week.
