Absolutely do not use this business. It's no longer under the original owner, it's actually been sold twice now and the quality of work is crappy, the customer service by Kelley in the Bozeman office is shi**y at best, and they are incredibly rude. The service tech literally walked off the job after having non-stop conversations with Kelley the entire time he was in our home, all of 20 minutes. He showed up earlier than the text stated, and then didn't complete the job. Also, BMS reduced their workers insurance coverage and no longer moves any items to clean under like the original owners did. I was incredibly disappointed to learn it wasn't managed by Dave and his wife any longer. The level of professionalism and customer service is nothing like they provided in the past. And the new owners aren't forthright in telling you it's under new management. It's "oh, the system has been upgraded, let's get your information put back in" when you call to schedule as a repeat customer of Dave's. And, be sure, if you do use them, to pay at the time of service or you get some money desperate jacked up legal team in NJ threatening you with passive aggressive commentary in group messages within a week. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked them a week ago for a move out clean. They fail to show for the scheduled, confirmed appt. and when I finally reached them - they said they had a "computer glitch" but I was the only one they had not contacted. Fast forward to today when they were supposed to come at 10:30 they never showed. At 11:30, after multiple calls, they stated their van had been stolen. I finally found someone to do the job. They texted me finally a couple hours later stating that they were "so sorry" and requesting the name of the company that agreed to finally take our job. So over this company, it is my understanding that new owners have taken over this company. Read and heed. read more

We have had our carpets cleaned a couple of times by them now. The first time, the guy did a pretty good job and got most of the stains out. The second time we had the carpets cleaned by Jesse and he did a phenomenal job. He was able to get all the stains out, including a red wine stain and previous stains that were still faintly there after the last time we had the carpets cleaned. He was very nice, easy to work with, and even charged us $20 less because he was more careful in measuring the square footage. I've been using BMS for nearly 20 years. They do fantastic work and their prices are competitive other services. We use them for a rental property and the carpets get heavy use. Even when horrible stains are left behind, BMS has been able to clean them up. We have also used them to clean area rugs with great results. The only problem we've experienced is that they get busy during peak seasons, like just after graduation. Even then, they have always been surprisingly responsive. I am a MSU Bozeman student living in a house with all girls. The man (NAMED RILEY) sent was anything but professional at the time of service. The morning after, he let himself into my house when we were still asleep and when I tried to confront him to ask him to leave, he shook me and screamed at me. The office manager could have cared less when I told her. After filing a police report, he was to be fired. I have seen him working for them since. It was the scariest thing I have experienced. The technician, Riley, was prompt, friendly, and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and was very careful to protect our furniture and wood floors as he cleaned. I have been working with BMS carpets for 16 years and we would highly recommend! My husband and I have four dogs and two cats...need I say more? Dirt, mud and stains are common in our house, after a dig in our garden or a hike in the mountains, our dogs strut into the house leaving muddy paws everywhere. On top of that, we have experienced diarrhea, cat puke and the training of puppies. Lets just say our rugs and carpets get a work out!
