They lent me the tools, took the time to teach me what to do, and have just been incredible throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough--this is THE place to go for flooring. All their products are high quality, but if you're on a budget like I am, they also have sale items that are comparable to (or even cheaper than) Home Depot. I said something to her like "shouldn't you be wearing a mask?" And she said she'd put one on if I wanted, but then walked away and didn't come back. The job was measured multiple times and yet cabinets had to be remade 3 and 4 times. Appliances were delivered but installation came months later and warranties weren't extended. Fridge and freezer didn't dispense water and service came out 5 times but tried to blame my home's water pressure. Everything was misquoted in terms of lead time, delivery, installation. I spent countless days at home, only for their subs to not show up. Took more than a year to finish. Additionally, their Finance department bills without notice. Every aspect was a hassle to deal with. Would never, ever recommend this shop. Stay as far away as possible.

Their movers didn't show up so the tenant had do it themselves - "so sorry about that...". Hired my own movers next time to learn, the day of install, that the carpet isn't ready - "so sorry about that...". Oh but they require full payment in advance. Not through with them yet - hoping the pain I inflict will cause them to wake up, shut up and listen. Don't prepay. Check the manufacturer's warranty requirements for the install. Expect "so sorry about that" at some point in your business with them. Lastly, just use them to get a competitive bid then buy from someone else.
