It helped repair my damaged hair. My hairstylist was Adeana. She is very talented, has excellent customer service skills, fun to talk too, and gives a fantastic head massage while washing your hair. Your temperature is taking at arrival, and there is hand sanitizer provided. All staff and clients must wear masks. It is also my understanding that due to COVID, they temporarily had to suspend coffee and other treats they offer, such as snacks and different beverages. They still do have bottles of water available. The inside of the salon is so clean, and they even wipe down the sink and chair after someone has used it. I showed…read moreup 30 minutes early and she was still cutting my hair when her next client showed up, she only gave herself 1 hour when I wasn't even finished in 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had showed her an inspo picture, which was a cute bob with face framing, slight side bangs, at shoulder length. My hair was passed my butt prior to getting cut, a huge change to say the least. I have had this haircut before, so I know it's not an issue with my hair. My hair is ruined. She cut it at least 2 inches shorter than asked, the ends of my hair only reach my Adam's apple.. the layers are terrible and choppy, and the side bangs don't go down at a proper angle, there are random long pieces, and one side was way longer than the other. I was nervous and still tipped 25% even though the haircut left me feeling terrible about myself. I had reached out to her when I got home and really looked at it to see if we could fix my bangs and even out both sides so my right wasn't 1 inch longer than my left. She seemed to be in a bad mood the second I got in and after attempting to fix her mess, which she didn't, she said "alright you're done here" and had me on my way. I couldn't believe it. The day of me putting my mother to rest and after giving such a generous tip I am truly shocked. Now I need to wear a hat for 2 months just to go out in public. This has completely ruined my self image. What a waste of money, time, and all at the cost of my hair.
