Rachel is so good at what she does I don't even think my son knew what was happening. Every time he started to get curious - she had a distraction lined up. Every chair has its own personal TV for Ms. Rachel, or Bluey, or whatever distracts your kid. They have gadgets and fidgets and toys at the ready. Proceeded to get a cut for my son and the First Lady completely butchered his hair. No where close to what we asked for in the picture. If I knew they were this bad I would've and could do a better job cutting it myself. Very disappointing outcome! The stylist, while knowledgeable and initially reassuring, delivered a very underwhelming result. The cut was basic, with no products used, and the styling was unacceptable. I don't believe anyone should have to pay that much to walk out with a style that felt incomplete. In fact, the service level here feels no better than a budget chain salon, despite luxury pricing. I've had warmer, better experiences elsewhere. While I can't speak to their intentions, it felt as though the lack of care implied they only value certain clientele. As a returning customer, I never felt respected or valued. Everyone deserves to feel welcome, and I hope they reflect on that.
