If I could give this salon ZERO STARS, I WOULD! We need 4 haircuts today as we are from out of state. 1 adult and 3 boys. We asked for a trim for my father and taper fades for the 3 boys, even provided pictures. The boys asked for the hairstylists to keep the top long but cut top tremendously short! We even asked repeatedly "can you do this" and both hairstylists repeatedly stated "yes". Well, we paid $135 for haircuts that look nothing like our pictures, a trim that is to the skin, jagged cuts and uneven fades. By the time we noticed anything it was too late. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY OR CHILDREN HERE FOR HAIRCUTS!! read more

Took my son here for a haircut before the holidays, the man that normally cuts my hair was not here. Asked the ladies if they were experienced with kids haircuts and they said yes. Proceeded to get a cut for my son and the First Lady completely butchered his hair. No where close to what we asked for in the picture. Continued to try to show her the picture and explain what a fade is, she just seemed to ignore me! My son had to itch his face many times because his hair was falling in his eyes and she wouldn't even stop to let him itch and proceeded to get hair all over his clothes. Didn't bother accommodating even when I asked her to stop for a moment! She gave up half way and didn't even finish, started talking in another language to the other lady. Never experienced anything like this in my life, she was unprofessional. She couldn't do a normal fade and had patchy spots where she took off too much in some areas and uneven on both sides. The other lady did a much better job but unfortunately the fade didn't look professional at the end but at least she fixed it as best she could. If I knew they were this bad I would've and could do a better job cutting it myself. Very disappointing outcome! On top of the horrible job they charged 25$ for the kids haircuts, I felt bad for the other lady that had to try to fix it so at least tipped her but the First Lady with the scary eyebrows was horrendous, & unprofessional. I took my step sons in for hair cuts recently and showed the stylist the pictures of the cuts we wanted. They didn't ask any questions or consult with me about the style and it didn't turn out the way we wanted. I had to explain the cut we were looking for multiple times because halfway through, I could tell the stylist was trying to give them different cuts. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend this salon as it lacks good customer service. This business also does not accept credit cards and they have a sign stating they only accept payment in cash or via Zelle. The odd thing is that the payee was the name of someone, who I can only assume is the owner, rather than the business. read more

Their customer service is alright, but if you want to get anything done with your hair i would not trust them. They butchered my hair cut after showing an old photo of me and letting them know my preferences with my hair. The guy who cut my hair messed up and just kept cutting and making it shorter and shorter. After all that mediocre work it cost $25. read more

Seriously LADIES , go somewhere else because I had the worst experiences of my life in this hair salon. I been there before few times when they newly opened with new owner Lee. It used to be good. So I went in for a regular hair cut. After waiting for 15mins a lady called me up and washed my hair quickly. Then after the wash I was left there laying with my hair in the sink for about 4mins. The owner of the salon Lee came to get me and put me under this blow dryer chair for about 15-20 mins (usually they would do your hair right away). While I'm sitting there, Lee kelp taking people in. One girl got her hair dyed and another who came after me sat down to get perm. She's going around doing 3 people's hair in ROTATION !! Then she brushed my hair as if I was an animal! She rushed everything while her eyes were wondering elsewhere pulling my hair knots. When I looked at the final results, I was completely devastated. I thought at least if my hair turns out great at the end it will be all ok but It was horrible. I even told her that and she did try to fix it but it didn't help, instead my hair was getting shorter. Other girls were waiting for her too and she just looked like a hot mess. I finally rushed over to pay. She just wants the money from people but she forgot about the costumer care and the quality... As I was driving back home my scalp was hurting so bad from her pulling my hair when brushing and blowing drying. This whole time I was getting mad at myself for sitting through the torture and I felt abused in a way. When I got home after 2hrs at the salon. I saw my husband and I just bursted in tears. I usually don't review places but TIFFANY at T-Cutz is amazing! My hair is really difficult to style because its coarse so its hard to find someone who knows how to handle it. But when I happened to look at the reviews for this place I decided to stop by and chose Tiffany to do my hair. CUT: First of all I showed her a picture of the style I'm looking for. She layered it perfectly and gave me the length that I desired and I couldn't be happier. She gave me options to cut my hair with scissors or a razor. I chose razor because she explained how it would give my hair more body and a natural wave and she was right! Now when I get up in the morning, I barely have to put any effort into styling it because the layers blend in so well. COLOR: Again I showed her a color of what I wanted (honey blonde balayage). She used high quality products and explained why each one was perfect for me. When it was finished, my hair didn't feel dry at all. It actually felt like she brought more life back into it! The color was spot on to the picture I showed her. Overall, if you're looking for someone that actually cares about your hair and what you want I highly recommend Tiffany!
