Today, I went to Great Clips because I needed an urgent haircut and a quick style for an upcoming event. When I arrived, the stylist who attended to me had a very rude tone, and unfortunately, she was the one assigned to cut my hair. I asked for layers to add more body to my hair, but she responded rudely, saying that the haircut wouldn't make any difference, and that it all depended on how I styled my hair. I then asked if they could blow-dry my hair after the cut, but she said they couldn't because the hair dryers were too heavy. Feeling dissatisfied, I decided to leave the salon. However, before I left, another hairstylist named Brenda offered to help me. Brenda cut and styled my hair, doing an amazing job, and making me look fabulous. I appreciate Brenda's exceptional customer service and talent; she truly demonstrated what great customer service is all about. If it weren't for her, I would have rated Great Clips one star. I had an incredibly disappointing visit to Great Clips recently. My husband and daughter went in for a simple haircut, but they were met with rude behavior from the staff. Not only were they snotty and dismissive, but they actually had my daughter comb out her own hair and refused to cut it because my husband didn't provide exact measurements. He had clearly requested for her a face-framing cut with layers and a trim at the bottom. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. The way they treated my family was disgraceful, and we will never be returning. The women working there need a serious lesson in customer service and respect. read more

I mentioned that my hair has been dry lately, and she immediately put my mind at ease, explaining it was due to not using the right nourishing shampoo and conditioner. Great stylists, great service! Took my daughter here this past weekend for her first real haircut. Teresa took wonderful care of her. The entire staff was very warm and friendly, and my daughter left with a great haircut and huge smile on her face, feeling like a princess.
