Very nice hair stylist but I hate my haircut. I asked for simple layers and for my bangs to blend into the sides of my hair. Tell me why the hair stylist added hair from the top of my head to my bangs, making my bangs thicker. I did not ask for that. The ends are so blunt and unnatural. Great Clips in Anna and Milissa both are the most unprofessional places I've been they are rude and the people don't know how to cut hair the correct and proper way the totally butchered my hair after several attempts of trying to get them to make it right each time they only made it worse and charged me for it as well They never got it evenly cut right each side would be uneven every time I ask them to fix it They acted rude always had bad attitude They are just demonstrating poor behavior and that's totally unprofessional attitudes I don't know where they get these girls they are totally unprofessionals haircutters and don't know style. they look like crap when you walk in I finally just went somewhere else and got my hair fixed from what they had done at least now it's even on each side and no gap in the middle of my head the side is blended but until it grows back out and can get evenly cut right again but NO !!! I will NEVER return to Great Clips because they are not so great they are a terrible place they are unprofessional ....... Rude bad attitudes never charged the same price each time I visit although it's just been A few times it has been a horrible experiences for me I've even had to fix their mistakes myself on one of my visit there I've had good experiences in Denton but Around Anna and Milissa it's horrible both places are just horrible management They are hiring bad people and you get what you pay for attitudes I wouldn't recommend great Clips to anyone looking for a good haircut And that is bad because of ....... Spur of the moment decision to stop into Great Clips in Anna for a wash and cut for my daughter. My daughter was in tears when we left bc the stylist was so aggressive and rough with shampooing her hair and brushing it out. Thought it looked ok, but when we got home she looked down and I saw the absolute hack job that she received! It is so uneven! My daughter said she was never asked to look down cut, so no wonder. I know not to expect much from Great Clips to begin with, but I expect a basic trim to not end up like this. I didn't want to set foot back in there to see how it could be fixed. It Took 3 people to give me an angle cut. I was passed off once my an overly confident stylist. I could have done way better myself which is suprising.. I had the pic open Of what i wanted the entire time and literally as the hair "stylist" is calling someone a bitch for purposely having cut her hair short, she cuts my hair so short in the front as if her head was in her a$$. Open ur eyes...don't say u know how to do something when u can't even comprehend lengths. No tip other than open ur eyes shut up and focus. Checked in online. Head up there, app tells me there's no wait when I show up. I walk in and some lady tells me there's 6 people in front of me and it'll be 15 mins. I tell her the phone says I was next and she can't give me a reason why it's saying I'm next but they're telling me there's 6 people in front and has no concern for the mixup. Never going there again. I'll just go 15 mins further to Mckinney and get a better haircut with people who care about doing a good job. read more

I'd give it zero if I could. Absolutely no consistency among stylists. Took my two sons in, one looks great, the other is absolutely nothing like what we showed. It was supposed to stay long, but she cut it all off. This will take months to fix. The only reason I didn't say anything in there was he was almost in tears and I was trying to stop him from crying in the store. He started bawling when we got home. Have been have my hair cut at this location for over a year and haven't had an issue until now. A stylist that has never cut my hair cut it today and did a complete screw up. Older lady, 60 plus year old lady with horn framed glasses did the cut today. My cut is simple, high and tight, number 4 on top, number one on the sides. Been going here a while and never had a problem. I noticed on my first visit that people that check in online go in front of walk-ins. So I started using the online check in. I checked in Today and there was a 45 minute wait. I drove the 30 miles to get there as we live outside of town. I walk in and give my name and number at the desk. I turn and look at their board, and I was dead last, #10. Their system said 5 minutes left when I looked prior to entering the business. I could not wait for what looked to be over an hour wait, so I drove the 30 miles back home. Why have online "Check In" when it does absolutely nothing? If you have lots of free time and don't do anything or work for a living, this is the place for you! For those of us with tight schedules this is absolute crap. I would, can, and will gladly pay $30-$40 for a hair cut in the future instead of coming to this Discount Great Clips Franchise! Just spoke with my wife when I got home and told her what happened. She just went for the first time a few weeks ago as a walk in and waited 45 minutes. A "checked in" customer came back from eating next door when he received his text to come back. When he came back in, they told him to wait. He asked if he had time to get a beer next door, and the staff says no. 25 minutes later, he said "I guess I should have got the beer" and left! UPDATE: 1.5 hours later. Unbelievable! (Not So) Great Clips of Anna just called to say they would leave me on the list for 10 to 15 minutes! LMFAO. I walked out immediately after inquiring why I was last when I had checked in online 45 minutes prior. They didn't even have the common sense to take me off the list, so she got an earful. Horrible service. Needed a haircut for a wedding and this lady acted like she had no idea what kind of cut I wanted. I asked for a certain cut and it came out totally different and uneven. Then I asked for a beard trim, which they do for $8. She said she wouldn't do it because she just does hair. I have been patient with this place for so long, but I will never again go. Went in to get my daughters' hair trimmed, which are both long, straight, and all one length. Both girls got a dry haircut and only had dead ends trimmed, just straight across the back. Took a total of 10 minutes maximum. When I went to pay, the girl says $76. My husband's head did a 360. I really didn't know what to say and was about to pay it just because of everyone staring at me. Instead, and luckily, my husband spoke up and said "$76 for what?" He says "are you sure you have the right ticket?" At that point a very loud young woman came forward who said she was the manager. She proceeds to argue with me, LOUDLY, and tells me that because my child's hair was brushed with a round hairbrush that there was an up charge, because that was considered a "style". Mind you both of my daughters have all one length, straight hair and it literally was just a trim of the dead ends across the back. It took about five minutes per child and that's being generous! So the woman makes a large scene, so much so, that a woman who was in there with her son, spoke up and sided with me. She also said that the charges were outlandish and not what the price list reflected, and it was not $76 worth of haircuts. Thank God I had someone else on my side other than just myself and my husband. The manager was being incredibly loud, and the whole experience was absolutely humiliating. Even though WE did nothing wrong. The salon was full and everyone was staring at me and I was not appreciative of it one bit. I had to argue back with her to get my money back, and next she tells me that I can't get money back at that moment, but it could be refunded to my account the next Monday. So I'll have to follow up on it myself. I don't know why she couldn't just cancel it and refund me but she claims she couldn't. I should've known better than to go there after another young woman had already messed my husbands hair HORRIBLY up there 4 weeks before that. That same girl was cutting hair in there that day and my husband wouldn't let her touch my daughters' hair. I stupidly convinced him that it shouldn't be a big deal because their hair was so simple to cut and apparently he showed me! I will never step foot in the salon again, and I encourage you to run, run, RUNNNN the other way. The stylist had an attitude immediately and I wished that she would have said I don't like kids and I would have waited. she proceeded to be extremely rude to me and my child. I left a review here a couple of months ago but can no longer find it. So I'm leaving another one. I went here to get a simple bang cut, showed her what it looked like last time and not to cut it too short cause my hair is curly and once it dries it gets shorter. By the time she was done I hated it and looked like vector from despicable me. I do not recommend this place. Pricing is good but they lack in help especially in the morning. I'm not sure if Sophia still works there since I haven't seen her there on my last two visits. She does a great job, hopefully they still have her. One elderly lady has cut my hair 3 times and it's always a disaster. When I walk out it looks like someone put a bowl on my head and cut my hair even though I always tell her to blend in the sides. Twice another individual had to explain to her what I was saying and meant, but I still had the same results. She recall pricing and I have to tell her the price for senior costs especially on Wednesdays when they run a special. But she is always willing to take you when you come in. The rest are always doing their makeup or brushing their hair and will tell her to take you. Sophia is the exception, she's great, does a good job, understands customer service. I always go in the morning around 9:00 so I don't see the employees working the afternoon shifts. I will go once more but if Sophia isn't there and I get another bad haircut I will be going elsewhere. read more
