The lady did a very good job. I was a walk-in and luckily nobody was ahead of me. I signed in and was immediately taken to her chair. I asked for a light trim which is about as vague as you can get. Take a couple of inches off the back and clean up around the ears. She did just that with a couple of quick qualifying questions. Rarely do I not get way too much taken off, which is what brought me here. I'm not overly picky. It's just hair and grows back no matter what, but she did give me pretty much what I asked for and what I like. Not what she wanted and liked. Seems like sometimes that's their goal. read more

I am so frustrated and unimpressed with this Supercuts. I have always been a Supercuts girl. I moved from California to hair salons, but I found my at the Supercut in off of 380. Katrina was the person that I used For my services. I love Katrina, but I am so not impressed with her coworkers. I had tried two separate times to make an appointment with Katrina and her coworkers would not assist me in making this appointment unless I physically came in. . been going there for one year. They would not take a message for her. They would redirect me to go online to make an appointment but when you go online to make an appointment, it says you have to to get prices for your hair color. It was just a bunch of baloney and I've never been this frustrated with a Supercuts. I will no longer be going there. I found a new place to go to. Katrina was the only reason why I was going there and since her peers won't help me get an appointment with her. I'm done with it. I'm done with this Supercuts. read more

worst haircut i've genuinely ever seen. i cannot stress this enough, do not go here. the workers were also super rude, i kept telling them to leave it as it was and not to cut anymore, and they straight up ignored me and kept shaving. boyfriend just needed a mid fade and 1/2 inch trim off the top, and now he has a skin fade up to his forehead and and they cut at least 2-3 inches off the rest of his hair. he was visually upset the entire time and they kept making it worse. it was extremely uneven and not even slightly blended. however, the stylist named Katrina stepped in when she saw the disaster unfolding. she was super sweet and tried her best to recover what was left of his hair. she kept apologizing and even gave us a discount because how badly they messed up his haircut. if you are considering a haircut at this place, please heed my warning at least read more

The stylist was cheerful and friendly and talkative but could tell when I wanted to talk and when I didn't want to talk. Now that's my kind of professional stylist. I am in love with her. (Haha). Stylist Kylnn was very rude and not friendly when it came to explaining services with respect to cleaning up my sons hairline up front (to clean things up). Plus very rude in speaking to my son when it came to following her directions during the haircut. It appeared she was overwhelmed and we decided not to get my other sons haircut either. If I could give negative stars I would. This woman completely butchered my teens hair. He worked for a year growing out his hair and needed it cleaned up. He wanted it a bit shorter in the back. He showed the woman a picture. By the time I walked in there it was too late. She had destroyed his hair. And when we let her know, she couldn't or wouldn't even own it or apologize. Just kept saying it's what he wanted. I now have a 15 year old bawling his eyes out and just made an appointment to have someone somewhere better see what that can do to fix it. This was my first time at this location, I believe it was Candace that styled my hair- she did exactly what I wanted, took her time making sure it was perfect and did such amazing job! They give somewhat decent men's haircuts but the staff is extremely unprofessional. This is not a place to bring your kids to, they are "R" rated at the very least.. very inappropriate for kids. I personally will not be going back after putting up with it for over a year. read more

This Supercuts is such a disappointment!!! These people are not stylists!!! THEY ARE ALL SLOBS! In spite of the consultation before the minimal trim I asked for, I got multiple uneven layers whacked in my hair (will take 3 months to grow this out) and constant lack of attention to the task of cutting my hair with her chatting and looking away at other people while she cut my hair. She felt compelled to share that she has adult children drug addicts, her grandchildren were given up for adoption as two year olds and she has a house full of dogs and cats that have attacked and killed each other. After 45 years of sitting in stylists chairs, this is the worst experience I have ever had. I have never posted a review before, but this is the worst.
