She was only supposed to trim my ends in a straight line (blunt cut), but leave the very front longer than the rest (same style that I walked in with), but she cut the long pieces too. No one ever came over to check her work. I pointed out areas that looked brassy but she said it was the lighting and that it would be fine after I washed it. The total was $128...I paid her a $75 tip because I believed she had done what I had asked her to. I'm very disappointed and feel ripped off! I want my money back...especially the $75 tip!

I am so glad I did. Jessica listened to what I needed and wanted and suggested something that would make my hair and wallet happy. I have long red hair, and a super busy work schedule. She was able to come up with a plan that allowed me to look great, while still being low maintenance.
