I went to Grease Monkey on Thursday because I had an oil change that needed to be done as soon as possible! I made an appointment the day before, and they had told me to bring it in whenever I had time! I walked in and the young lady knew exactly who I was already! They took my car right in, and within 20 minutes, I was on the road again! The staff was very personable and friendly, and they were very fast with fixing my car! I paid for an oil change, but they also vacuumed my car and checked other fluid levels as well! I would most definitely recommend this family-run Grease Monkey, as I will be going back there myself! My kids and I were driving home from the mall when my car just shut down and started smoking. What a blessing that it would shut down right in front of this establishment. I had never been to this Grease Monkey before. When my car started smoking their whole team came running over to us, told us to get out of the car and they pushed my car all the way up to their shop. Came in last minute for a State Inspection on my Santa Cruz 2023, when I pulled up I was greeted by a nice Gentleman named Ken, he helped me get all set up. Ken offered me Coffee while I wait and told me the whole run down on how they are going to look at my car and how they were going to handle it. Got me in and out quickly, and had an oil change , cabin filter change , and the guys even showed me how bad my transmission was without my having to ask , so I opted for a transmission flush and new transmission fluid too .
